Vous effectuerez les interventions techniques correctives et participerez activement à l’amélioration continue. Nous vous proposons d’acquérir des compétences pratiques dans le domaine de l’énergie et des services industriels d’une usine de renom Par des visites sur le terrain et avec le support de nos frigoristes, se familiariser avec le fonctionnement des équipements de froid et les classifier par criticité. , • Effectuer une AMDEC (Analyse des modes de défaillance, de leurs effets et de leur criticité) simplifiée des installations froids., • Etablir les plans de maintenance de ces installations, en respectant les standards Nestlé. , • Définir les procédures associées à ces plans de maintenance afin d'assurer leur mise en œuvre efficace., • Mettre en place un plan d’avancement pour le suivi des différentes activités Contrôle des P&IDs des services industriels par des aller-voir sur le terrain Diplôme d’Ingénieur généraliste avec spécialisation énergie, thermodynamique, mécanique des fluides ou mécanique., • Solides connaissances mécaniques., • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et de dessins industriels (AutoCAD)., • Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et des P&ID., • Sens aigu de l’organisation et de la structuration des tâches., • Excellentes compétences en communication et aptitude à travailler en équipe., • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse., • Esprit d’initiative, rigueur et autonomie. , • Souci du détail et précision dans l’exécution des tâches., • Langue maternelle française avec de bonnes connaissances de l’anglais Rejoignez-nous pour une expérience de stage qui vous permettra de développer vos compétences techniques tout en contribuant à des projets passionnants au sein de Nestlé Prêt pour la prochaine étape? Don’t miss the opportunity to join us and work with different teams in an agile and diverse context A Day in the Life of a Consumer and Market Insights Manager - Analytics Responsible for Nespresso Global Consumer & Market data reporting via Power BI and other systems, including consolidation of market intelligence data (market size/ share) and extension to other sources (Brand, U&A, MMM or other) Propose and implement improvements in partnership with internal and external partners Regularly monitor key market trends, competitive threats and growth drivers and generate impactful insights to guide strategic business decisions. Work closely with Nespresso Global HQ stakeholders to define and prioritize key business questions to address Explore and implement new analytics methods to drive this assessment Own relationship with data partners and manage yearly contract cycle based on understanding of company needs, in close collaboration with Nestle and procurement teams Support key use cases across Commercial and Finance teams in Strategic Revenue Management, Price Elasticity, Media ROI/MMM, Market and Market Share Forecasting What will make you successful At least 8 years’ experience in continuous & syndicated retail data at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG or syndicated data supplier (Nielsen, IRI, GfK, NPD) Experience with retail audit and databases is a must, experience with Household Panel is a strong plus Experience in building databases, dashboards and reporting Experience with Predictive Modelling (Price Elasticity, Price & Pack Architecture, MMM/MROI, Forecasting) Experience in integrating data from different sources (including Euromonitor estimates and trends, Brand Health Tracking, social media metrics, U&A, E-commerce data) and/or working with external suppliers to build analytical approaches Highly developed analytical skills, ability to work with large amount of data, analyze relationships and interpreted numbers Ability to synthesize information to develop recommendations, and to influence partners on a path of action Fluent in English, other languages a plus At Nespresso, we’ve built a culture of care and inclusion, making sure everyone can be their bold selves, while growing with the company.
