Completing payroll changes, on and off boarding, banking requirements for salary and tax payments and month end reconciliations. Actively payroll across countries in remit and being responsible for managing outsourced vendor services to ensure quality and achievement of SLAs. Also ensuring timely stakeholder query resolution and providing any additional project work support when required SCOPE Partnering with embedded HR, PAG, COEi, Finance and other People Solutions functions to ensure the accurate and timely execution of payroll and benefit operations Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Mexico, including calculations of earnings, deductions, taxes, and special payments (bonuses, terminations, corrections) Ensure compliance with Mexican labor and tax regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, SUA) making sure the controls and segregation of duties are in place and adhered to Validate payroll accuracy and electronic invoicing (CFDI) according to local (SAT) requirements Maintain and optimize the ADP GlobalView payroll system, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency Support integration between HRIS (Workday) and GlobalView Perform payroll simulations, reporting, and troubleshooting within the system Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align payroll processes with People Solutions team and the organizational goals Act as a liaison with external vendors (ADP) for issue resolution and system enhancements Compliance & Reporting Coordinate monthly and year-end payroll activities, tax filings, and reconciliations Generate reports for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with local regulations Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies and legal requirements Participate in testing of payroll interfaces during upgrades or new implementations Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Drive automation initiatives and best practices for payroll operations Provide training and guidance to payroll teams on processes and system usage Develop clear procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance Ensure a consistent focus and involvement in driving efficiencies and process improvements Act in the best interests of the Employee who is central to all of your decisions and activity Technical/Functional Expertise Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll management in Mexico

Provide guidance and assistance relative to company-wide and franchise specific opportunities within targeted and assigned regional/national oncology accounts Leverage appropriate proactive methods to gather and demonstrate a thorough understanding of integrated customer accounts, customer business models, financial dynamics, marketplace developments and trends, competitive strategies, healthcare policy, and Takeda strategies and processes Assess key assigned regional and national oncology GPO clients. Identify new customers or organizations with the potential to impact Takeda business, work with leadership to build positive relationships Through effective strategic engagement with specified customers position Takeda Oncology as a preferred partner for current and future portfolio initiatives Accountabilities: Work with internal matrix partners to deliver on company initiatives and priorities Identifies key business leaders and builds and maintains long-term relationships with healthcare population-based decision makers Develops strategy and plan for product/portfolio growth of key strategic accounts Identifies ways to streamline engagements, identify opportunities and maximize resources with strategic accounts Builds credibility through an in-depth understanding of an accounts business, organization, external environment, and industry Identifies opportunities for strategic partnerships Drives collaboration with matrix partners throughout the lifecycle of the engagements Maintains full fluency of Takeda Oncology portfolio Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, marketing or related field with 10+ years industry experience 2+ year’s experience with responsibility for Oncology Network Accounts/IDNs or specialty GPO accounts with in-office and medically integrated dispensing 2+ years prior experience as an Oncology Field Sales leader with proven ability to work within a matrix team environment to achieve business results 3+ years focused account management knowledge of oncology marketplace, access influencers, and community oncology driving value, access, and profitability Strong customer orientation and account management expertise and are resourceful with strong networking skills.
