Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with business owners to gather requirements and develop SQL scripts for reporting needs Manage data through ETL pipelines, ensuring integrity and consistency while optimizing performance Maintain in-depth knowledge of the T24 data model and leverage PostgreSQL for database management Oversee infrastructure and applications, adhering to the Bank's standards and procedures Communicate effectively with development teams, project leaders, and business users Plan and execute system migrations, handle problem resolution, and maintain documentation Implement IT security best practices and ensure system reliability and availability Qualifications Proven experience as a Data Specialist or similar role, with extensive expertise in the T24 data model Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and TAFJ, with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) In-depth understanding of infrastructure and systems within the domain of responsibility Strong knowledge of IT policies, procedures, and security best practices Experience with performance tuning tools (API, UXP, JMeter) and data migrations Expertise in ETL processes and database management Strong project management skills with a track record of end-to-end project delivery Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the banking sector Additional Information A chance to work in a high-performing team in a collaborative environment A comprehensive benefits package including annual performance bonus, occupational pension scheme, share plan, concierge services, 34.5 paid holidays, and more A great work environment in our offices located at Luxembourg’s Kirchberg financial district
