We define, analyze and bring to life the future of the client-facing solutions offered by Swissquote. We also maintain these applications to ensure the best experience for the client in his journey In close collaboration with the product strategy department, we are also the bridge between the company's growth strategy and the corresponding solutions in place, and are then the key players in bringing the defined vision to life By working hand in hand with the internal departments and the business that they represent, we make sure that we are always moving towards the needs of our customers and stakeholders The Banking section designs, develops and maintains all of our banking platforms (Client Management, CRM, Onboarding, Payments, Cards, Mortgage, Leasing and Crypto) You will be part of the Banking Conception team, working with 3 other product owners, 2 product designers, 2 proxy product owners and a project manager. The team's mission is to translate the company's strategy into feasible solutions and to drive the product's evolution together with the software engineering teams. Your team focuses on all aspects related to the banking business, building a strong relationship between our clients and Swissquote Your responsibilities: Use your functional knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules to design how Swissquote will use the product Configure OOB features in CRM. Translate business problems to functional requirements Coordinate with partners (Microsoft, consultants) to satisfy stakeholders Facilitate workshops. Collect, analyze and document current business processes Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process, including training and troubleshooting on MS dynamic 365 product Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use cases Knowledge on CRM Integrations, best practices, and DevOps Support business and development teams through knowledge sharing and mentoring as a subject matter expert for the product Optimize solution definition by staying aware of market and industry trends Provide vision and requirements guidance to the development team Qualifications Educational background: Master's or Bachelor's Degree Experience in the configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including sales, marketing, and customer service Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies: Power Platform, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies a plus Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Ability to work as a team member Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Fluency in English, French and German is an asset Experience of facilitating workshops to gather and document user requirements and translate them into business processes and a product backlog Flexibility, critical thinking and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels - from the C-level to the end user Proven ability to share business knowledge and mentor other team members Experience as product owner, business analyst or similar is a plus

Key responsibilities include: Serve as the subject matter expert for traditional and alternative asset classes, providing comprehensive knowledge on product features, industry standards, and regulatory requirements Maintain and update Product Governance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Conduct periodic controls and target market assessments as part of ongoing product oversight Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
