Job Description As the Associated-Director in the Client Onboarding & Administration department, you will be in charge of the cross-border matters group-wide. Reporting directly to the Vice-Director, you will be in charge of the supervision of the operational activities and the people management in accordance with your senior management. Supervising daily account openings of clients managed by external partners. Qualifications Master of Laws is a must. Experience in dealing with banking and/or cross-border matters is a must. Excel notions are a must. Knowledge of corporate structures and/or of KYC/AML/CFT is a plus. Self-driving, strong collaboration skills, incl. capacity to prioritise the team-s workload autonomously. Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Native in French and excellent proficiency in English.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Relationship Management, Client Services, IT, and Business Operations to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that improve client and employee experience and drive operational excellence.
