As the Head of Strategic Relations (Vice-Director), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Bank's strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Zurich Branch Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives

• Managing all main HR processes and guiding your direct reports in dealing with them (hiring, termination, transfers, warnings)
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen strategic partnerships and key stakeholder relationships to drive business growth and market positioning
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eMortgage business, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and sales targets
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Strategy, and Legal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery for strategic partners
• Manage risks associated with strategic partnerships and operational processes, developing mitigation strategies as needed
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Managing Director and senior leadership on the status of strategic relationships and eMortgage business performance
• Contribute to the department's vision by proposing and implementing organizational and process optimizations to ensure application stability and high-quality services

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' track record in Relationship Management
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Very good knowledge and previous experience in the financial industry
• Proficiency with German, English and French
• Very good understanding of the banking and trading business
• Hands-on personality that sets stretched goals and drives results by managing revenues and costs very closely
• Strong managerial skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve strategic objectives effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented, adept at planning and organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
