Réapprovisionnement des lignes de production. Gestion et utilisation du robot palettiseur . Lavage des cuves (y.c. les pièces détachées). Assemblage de caisses et tout autre suremballage le nécessitant. Etiquetage des emballages primaires et colisage de la marchandise, selon consignes. Préparation des commandes y compris le chargement / déchargement des camions et gestion des documents relatifs. Respect des règles 5S et des normes HSE en vigueur. PROFIL Permis camion catégorie C, un plus. Permis timon S, un plus. Bonnes aptitudes manuelles et bonne condition physique. Pas d’intolérance aux produits chimiques. Horaires d’équipes en 2x8 ou 3x8 (y compris les samedis matins). Maîtrise orale et écrite du français. Autonomie, sens de l’organisation, rigueur et bonne gestion du stress. Product Compliance Scientist Prilly, Switzerland Principal Product Compliance Scientist RESPONSABILITIES • Create and align regulatory strategies with business goals. Identify regulatory pathways and prepare strategies for submissions to authorities. • Conduct regulatory intelligence by remaining up to date with the latest and relevant regulatory trends, changes, and updates. Continuously monitor regulatory modifications, assess their impact on the organization and products, and revise internal standards accordingly. • Set company-wide standards and best practices, ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation, provide regulatory guidance, and support global implementation through training of local internal stakeholders. • Organize data using Power BI reporting and other tools, monitor and analyze conformity rates and trends with data and performance indicators, share findings, and evaluate impacts on SICPA's business and products. Run risk management strategies to address potential compliance issues and ensure that the company’s products are safe and effective for customers and end-users. • Author and validate Safety Data Sheets, proofread the content, and provide troubleshooting. • Engage with stakeholders to implement technical enhancements, including the compliance engine and SAP. Perform impact assessments, run and oversee user acceptance testing, and execute mass updates. • Collaborate closely within cross-functional teams on value chain resilience projects, coordinate with the purchasing department and raw material suppliers to ensure compliance and continuity, and work alongside the sales department to secure market access and customer success. Additionally, support efficient and effective communication throughout these processes. • Work closely with R&D teams to develop innovative products, including polymers and organic/inorganic markers, to ensure regulatory compliance for future generations of security features used in banknotes or product markers. PROFILE • A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. • 5-8 years of experience in a position related to regulatory affairs, product safety or product development in the chemical industry. • Fluency in English, French minimum B2 level. • Extensive knowledge and experience in regulatory affairs, particularly with EU (REACH and CLP) and Swiss (OChim) regulations. • Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse complex regulatory information, interpret regulatory guidelines and make informed decisions • Strong data management skills, including experience with Power BI and other reporting tools. • Proficiency in using Compliance Engines (e.g., Sphera CE) and their integration with SAP EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) • Strong ability to take ownership and responsibility for actions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with authorities and cross-functional teams, train internal teams, and ensure clear communication of regulatory rules and changes. • High level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy in regulatory documentation • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes in regulatory frameworks and business needs. PROFILE • Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience managing data platform environment, Azure Data Architectures, MS SQL. • Proven experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements. • Leadership and coordination of agile teams for the development of new data architectures. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with data governance and data quality management. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft data architecture and Power BI, Github. • Knowledge in ERP processes and dataset is a plus (Sicpa’s ERP is SAP S4). • Familiarity with SQL, Python. • Experience in Infrastructure as a Code deployment.
