The Digital Scale-up Team, part of the Digital Research & Innovation department, is a newly formed unit dedicated to scaling up innovative products for governments, leveraging state of the art digital technologies We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded person who thrives in problem-solving, takes ownership, and drives innovation with minimal guidance - balancing technical excellence with business impact The Mobile Developer will help us build a state-of-the-art mobile application, ensuring a seamless user interface and an optimal experience on mobile devices Design, develop, and maintain mobile application using Flutter (Dart) and best UX/UI practices Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to ensure smooth integration and an intuitive user experience Work with complex APIs, including payment APIs (Visa/Mastercard) and secure authentication systems Continuously improve the app by incorporating user feedback and iterative testing Implement scalable and high-performance solutions, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards Proactively optimize app performance, code structure, and adopt new technologies when relevant Work in an Agile environment to ensure efficient and fast-paced development cycles PROFILE Proven experience in mobile application development (Flutter) Understanding of mobile security principles and authentication solutions (OAuth2, JWT, cryptography) Experience in full app rollout and distribution (Apple Store, PlayStore, other stores) Experience with third-party libraries and APIs ( REST/gRPC APIs - OpenAPI, Swagger) Familiarity with modern mobile architectures in Android and/or iOS (MVVM, Clean Architecture) Experience in Gitub Actions or Mobile dev pipeline (e.g. Bitrise) Experience in unit and UI testing (JUnit, Espresso) Strong sense of UX/UI best practices, with the ability to balance performance and design aesthetics Experience with web development is an asset (Angular) Self-motivated, analytical thinker, and team player in an international and multicultural environment Fluent in English (French is a plus) Why Join Us? Senior Industrialization-Embedded Devices Engineer Prilly, Switzerland Senior Industrialization-Embedded Devices Engineer RESPONSABILITIES • Act as technical coordinator for the industrialization of hardware developments, supporting a multidisciplinary team in terms of electronics and optical developments • Identification of suppliers and partnerships for future embedded device developments • Build and manufacture prototypes, benches, calibration tools, performing optical measurements, tests and validations for embedded device developments • Ensure design for manufacturing (DFM) aspects in new product developments (validate product design documents and test strategy) • Be the preferred interface between internal product development team and suppliers • Provide support during manufacturing and assembly of devices and sensors, including product change requests, assembly and calibration tools specifications • Perform issues analysis at design/prototype stage as well as at manufacturing/production, being the owner of manufacturing flow charts, tools, bills of materials and versioning • Be responsible for products certifications preparing the documentation and submission of files for certification applications and being the direct contact with certification organizations PROFILE • Technician/ Engineering degree in Electronics is a plus or equivalent • 5-10 years of experience in industrialization Engineering and hardware development • Strong background in electronic devices releases, reliability, coordination, testing and evaluation, maintainability • Work processes and optimization methods • Development software knowledge, ideally: Altium / Zemax / Labview/ Solidworks • Experience with Confluence, Jira, MS Project, is a plus • Well-organized and structured, with a proactive mindset and a hands-on, autonomous working style • Fluent in written and spoken English / French JOIN US! • Our success comes from our highly skilled and talented employees • Respectful entrepreneurship and long-term vision are key for success • Our people contribute to a more secure world • Diversity at all levels of an organisation is a strength We offer an exciting and challenging role, with great potential for personal development within a unique organization in a fascinating and fast-growing industry.
