We're seeking a seasoned social media expert with 4+ years of experience, who knows the unique dynamics of each platform and is ready to elevate our brand voice across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Strava, YouTube, and beyond. This is an on-site role in Switzerland, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment What you’ll do across platforms, shaping how the world sees and engages with SCOTT Create and manage aligned with marketing campaigns Oversee our presence across multiple channels – and keep us ahead of the curve on emerging platforms Build community: , and turn followers into a loyal community engage, respond, listen Collaborate with athletes, ambassadors, and creators to amplify our brand and tap into authentic UGC and turn insights into action – your decisions will be backed by data Analyze performance Optimize discoverability with smart SEO and platform-specific best practices Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, PR, and digital teams Align with local markets to keep messaging consistent globally Get your feet dirty regularly in the natural habitat of our sports, e.g. at Mountain Bike World Cups, road or gravel races, shoots etc., and capture content What We’re Looking For Minimum in a professional setting. Experience in the sports, outdoor, or premium lifestyle sectors is valued 4 years of hands-on social media experience written and spoken.
