Clear Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: As a Product Developer at Scott, you will work in close contact with Product Management and Design to create new apparel for the brand Scott. The Developer is responsible of the development process from the sketch through the proto sampling to the final product As a pattern maker at Scott, you will apply your profound knowledge of pattern making, block pattern development and grading. You will develop new patterns for advanced performance apparel across all categories such as cycling, running, mountain and winter sports, based on our brand fit guidelines to ensure a strong and consistent brand fit The 2D CAD & 3D software ensure efficiencies and a state-of-the art development process. As part of a growing team of fit experts you will support the development team in the fitting process Responsible for all aspects of development tasks (e.g. material specifications, colors, sizing, fittings, measurements, packaging, quality standards) Create tech packs with accurate technical details & BOM for suppliers Evaluate all samples in terms of fit, workmanship, trims and materials Execute regular product fittings with Design & Product Management Follow-up of timely delivery of samples according to development schedule Ensure that all materials as well as prototypes are tested and adhere to SCOTT quality and safety standards Create Patterns based on sketches, photos or reference samples Executing pattern from 1st prototype through bulk production Managing consistency in measurements and fit through all categories We expect: Degree in Textile/Garment Engineering In-depth knowledge in performance textiles Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in sports apparel industry Understanding of patterns and the ability to translate it into different fits Experienced on CAD Assyst Knowledge of all aspects related to the production of apparel with strong emphasis on workmanship of functional garment construction and fitting Experience in product development would be beneficial English business fluent & very good knowledge of German or French with an extensive technical vocabulary Good negotiation and conflict management skills and strong problem-solving skills Experienced working with a PDM system, good skills in Microsoft-Office & Adobe Illustrator

Clear Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: As an Alias Modeler at Scott Sports SA, you will be involved in projects from sketch to concept, prototype and production. Your design and surfacing expertise, whilst collaborating with product design, visualization, graphic design, engineering, and marketing, will ensure that Scott Sports continues to develop industry leading products Volume, concept and sketch modelling to validate design proposals for the Bike division 3D design and surface problem solving for design and production development Modelling data for prototyping to validate design and engineering concepts Generate high quality surface data for production and manufacturing Supporting our visualisation team with data preparation Accurately interpret sketches and orthographic design proposals into a 3D volume whilst faithfully retaining the core theme and feeling of the proposal Develop sketch models into production data whilst maintaining the essence of the sketch model Deliver files that can be used for engineering, rapid prototyping and tooling Prepare data for use in visualization Proficiency in Alias is obligatory, - 5years+ industry experience in a design studio/environment Experience with sketch, prototyping and production modelling Can demonstrate clean modelling, constructed with a good and logical patch and CV layout Great design judgement and sensibility Understanding of engineering principles (Production techniques) Excellent organization skills Working in a team and independently A good level of spoken and written English Experience in the automotive industry is a bonus Passion for sports embracing the unique culture of Scott is a bonus Please send a CV and Portfolio (or series of images) that represents your work.
