Help break down complex, often loosely defined questions into clear strategic directions, priorities, and value-creation themes across categories, and regions Translate strategy into high-impact initiatives with clear goals, ownership, milestones, and resources. Stay closely involved as these initiatives progress, supporting teams to ensure delivery and follow-through Performance Tracking: Support our Executive Committee in accelerating our transition toward a data-driven, customer-centric organization. Define the right KPIs and tracking mechanism that ensure progress and risks are made visible. Go beyond reporting by turning data into clear insights and recommendations for the CSTO and the Executive Committee, connecting strategic initiatives to growth, margin, and cash outcomes Support the roll-out of the corporate strategy across the organization, ensuring teams understand not just the “what” but also the “why.” Set up and run decision forums, governance structures, and execution rhythms that allow leadership to make timely, informed choices when priorities compete Complex project management: Own select complex projects end-to-end, under the supervision of the CSTO, combining analytical, financial and business perspective to drive transformative impact Act as a sparring partner to senior leaders on select number of cross-functional strategic projects, supporting prioritization, trade-offs, and execution challenges. Help align business units, regions, and functions, and step in when coordination or clarity is needed to unblock progress Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
