From serene escapes to thrilling experiences, Kuredhivaru inspires every traveller with boundless imagination About the role Supervise day-to-day operations of Room Service / In-Villa Dining, ensuring timely and high-quality service for all villas Assist in coordinating and executing private dinners, including r beach dinners, destination dining setups, and special celebration arrangements Guide, train, and support the In Villa Dining team to uphold luxury service standards Work closely with the Culinary and Front Office team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Ensure guest preferences and special requests are handled professionally and promptly Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in all In villa dining and destination dining areas Assist with inventory control, order tracking, and daily operational checklists Act as the shift-in-charge when required and report directly to the In Villa Dining Manager Your experience and skills include: Previous experience in Room Service / In-Villa Dining within a luxury resort setting Strong communication skills and a guest-focused personality Ability to lead a small team, multitask, and remain calm under pressure Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage Positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:, We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent
