About the role

• Supervise day-to-day operations of Room Service / In-Villa Dining, ensuring timely and high-quality service for all villas
• Assist in coordinating and executing private dinners, including r beach dinners, destination dining setups, and special celebration arrangements
• Guide, train, and support the In Villa Dining team to uphold luxury service standards
• Work closely with the Culinary and Front Office team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Ensure guest preferences and special requests are handled professionally and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in all In villa dining and destination dining areas
• Assist with inventory control, order tracking, and daily operational checklists
• Act as the shift-in-charge when required and report directly to the In Villa Dining Manager

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in Room Service / In-Villa Dining within a luxury resort setting
• Strong communication skills and a guest-focused personality
• Ability to lead a small team, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
