Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day trade execution in foreign exchange, equity and money markets
• Support the trade lifecycle end-to-end and act as escalation point for external and internal stakeholders
• Assist with credit and KYC requests from banking partners to support trading accounts
• Contribute to firm-wide projects and continuously improve trading desk processes to ensure best execution outcomes for our clients
• Advise in public market related conversations across the firm
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the firm in Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Operations, Treasury and Investment Teams
• Manage the bank and broker relationships of our trading panel

What we expect

• Partners Group seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, entrepreneurial and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have:
• 3-5 years of experience in a buy-side execution trading or a sell-side sales trading role with a focus on FX and Rates markets
• Independent, highly organized and keen attention to details
• Strong presentation skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and handle multiple projects while prioritizing deliverables and meeting demanding deadlines
• Results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Highly self-motivated and intelligent with the ability to work effectively in a team environment; proactive and takes initiative
• Ability to “see the bigger picture” and get to the heart of issues rapidly
• Relationship building skills with internal and external counterparties
• Strong work ethic; genuine passion for excellence
• Personal and professional integrity
• Highly proficient in Excel, Bloomberg, PowerPoint and Word; experience with Excel VBA, Python and SQL is a plus
