      Job Responsibilities

      • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
      • Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
      • Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
      • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with safety regulations.
      • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
      • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
      • Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or requests.

       

      Required Skills & Qualifications

      • Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial settings.
      • Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
      • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
      • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
      • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
      • Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in the painting industry.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for project tracking and reporting.
      • Relevant certifications in painting or construction are a plus.
