PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Lead retail formats development to drive consistent IQOS Brand experience across all offline distribution channels (Brand retail / IQOS Partners) ready for technical development. Lead the development and co-creation of design evolutions with key markets to deliver solution covering the main market archetypes and speed up global roll out. Drive collection of Design and Consumer Experience inputs, market needs and operation efficiencies for integration and feasibility. Drive design consistency across channels leveraging modularity and rationalization of furniture SKU. Manage the integration of retail operational efficiencies and technological digitalization requirements into all design developments. Responsible for timely and promtply sharing and maintaining consumer and design principles with internal and external deployment teams. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Lead format design development and its design evolutions, translating consumer experiences in alignment with strategy and design equity for all offline formats, including supporting functions like product assortment, operations, visual merchandising, etc. Boutique, Islands, mobiles units, temporary activation, Lounges, Travel Retail & IQOS Partners Lead Co-Creation for design and development topics for all formats ensuring a knowledge and exchange -Elevate the collaboration, demonstrate, influence with key dedicated market -Getting to know and understnd the consumer of the different countries from closer. Ensure global deployability: Accountable to develop format design on time, on cost targets, integrating market reality, respecting design equity and ensuring operational efficiency. Owner of the development of comprehensive concept catalogs, manuals, guidelines, technical drawings, across dedicated format (Islands, mobiles units, temporary activation, Lounges, DF, Reseller & IQOS PArtners) that will enable the deployment of the brand retail concept. Responsible of end to end format development project including integration of visual merchandising Ensure all the format developed are compatible with VM toolboxes and iniciatives Responsible for delivering an omni channel execution per format Responsible for the integration of technological digitalization requirements and adaptations per format/market into all design developments. Store development - New oppening projects and refurbishment - responsibilities on dedicated region Lead design large and key location for small formats in collaboration with deployment manager and market Support Deployment project managers to ensure respect of design guidelines across all physical touchpoints. Review final layout with BR team and project sakeholders. Organize post opening projects review to generate feedback loop and further guidelines clarifications Accountable to ensure all stakeholders deployment teams both external (design agencies, suppliers) and internal (BR, Markets, DF Market, IBB, Etc ) are up to date on the latest design development and its application YOUR PROFILE Degree in architecture / Retail design / Industrial design or similar (certified archictect / design / retail design) Minimum 5 years of experience in retail / travel retail store design and execution (premium segment) WHAT CAN MAKE THE DIFFERENCE Ability to manage multiple projects on an on-going basis. Experience and cultural understanding of global markets and consumer behaviour. Understanding, appreciation and articulation of brand into retail design and experiences physical delivery. Strong leadership skills to run activities within cross functional teams and diverse markets. Technical experience on architectural retail development and furniture design.
