A leading company in Cressier is currently seeking a Supply Assurance Buyer (m/f/d) - 100%.

• Order Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire Purchase Order (PO) process, ensuring compliance with best practices and timely order processing. Identify and resolve any discrepancies such as shipping delays, pricing errors, or stock shortages to ensure orders are fulfilled in full and on time. Use reporting tools to proactively address potential delivery or production delays and follow up on quality issues.

• Communication: Provide timely updates on order processing, procedures, and system changes. Resolve or escalate critical order issues to ensure manufacturing goals are met. Maintain direct communication with suppliers.

• Data Management: Open and update relevant data to ensure business continuity, following established guidelines.

• Project Involvement: Contribute to projects with limited scope and complexity.

• Team Support: Provide backup within the team and offer support to the group as needed.

• Proficiency in French or German as a native language, with strong knowledge of the other language, and fluency in English.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills, along with organizational capabilities.

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).

• Experience with SAP/R3.
