• Co-organization of various internal and external events
• Representation of the company at events
• Co-organization of seminars in Switzerland
• Processing, accounting and follow-up of supplier invoices via SAP and Excel
• Visualization of supplier orders in SAP

Your profile

• Responsible, autonomous, versatile and organized
• Good initiative, good interpersonal skills, organizational skills and team spirit
• Good writing and spelling skills
• Comfortable with IT tools (Office 365)
• Good knowledge of English and German (gymnasium level)
