      Could you be the full-time Site Planning Manager in Villeneuve we’re looking for?

      Your Future Role

      In Villeneuve, over 250 colleagues from 15 different countries work together to manufacture and modernize trains, locomotives, trams, and passenger cars from Switzerland and other European countries. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life. You’ll report to Christoph TIETZ (Site Managing Director) and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team. In your role, you are also integrated in the regional communication team.

      We’ll look for you to :

      • Make sure Industrial Planning Golden rules & processes are applied
      • Be a key contributor to reach the Industrial Planning KPIs targets
      • Contribute to the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) roadmap related actions regarding industrial planning topics
      • Make sure that demand management & scheduling (firm & forecast) is done in the Core Planning Tools and/or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
      • Apply & make sure Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) rules (Alstom Zero Deviation Plan) are applied when moving in workshops

      Proficient in industrial planning and adept at leading teams to drive operational success

      Well-versed in the End-to-End (E2E) vision for the Industrial Planning process and its impact on ERP systems within procurement and manufacturing

      Strong expertise in Core Planning Tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel functionalities

      Fluent in English and French, with a knack for proposing innovative solutions to enhance workflows and improve efficiency
