Could you be the full-time Project Quality and Safety Manager in Villeneuve we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your managerial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Békir KÖKCÜ, Site Quality Director and work alongside proactive and agile teammates. You'll Coordinate all quality and safety activities throughout the project reporting to the Site Quality Manager. Day-to-day, you’ll drive project teams on the problem solving activities (8D, QRQC, etc.) related to the maintenance activities, ensure consistency between the project QCD objectives and the customer's satisfaction and much more. You’ll specifically take care of Quality and safety assurance on the project, but also be the interface with the Customer quality and safety teams We’ll look to you for: Coordinate all quality and safety activities throughout the project with contract managements Drive project teams on the problem solving activities (8D, QRQC, etc.) management related to the maintenance activities Ensure consistency between the project QCD objectives and the customer's satisfaction PrQSM is a Core Team position supporting the project and reporting to Quality organization All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Experience in Railway industries is a plus. Your Future Role In Villeneuve, over 250 colleagues from 15 different countries work together to manufacture and modernize trains, locomotives, trams, and passenger cars from Switzerland and other European countries. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Vos missions principales Management d’équipe Encadrer une équipe d’opérateurs pour atteindre les objectifs de production dans le respect des exigences clients et des critères QCD (Qualité, Coût, Délai). Animer les briefings de début et de fin de poste. Planifier et organiser les ressources en fonction des besoins de production. Garantir la disponibilité des équipements et outils nécessaires, tout en assurant le respect des règles EHS et des standards 5S. Assurer l’intérim du Responsable de Production en son absence. Performance opérationnelle Suivre l’avancement des travaux et informer en temps réel le Responsable de Production des écarts SQDC et incidents. Communication et cohésion d’équipe Favoriser les échanges réguliers et constructifs avec les membres de l’équipe. Fournir des retours sur les performances individuelles et collectives. Encourager la participation active et la remontée d’idées. Amélioration continue Soutenir les initiatives d’amélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes. Réaliser des audits de processus et proposer des actions correctives. Réduire les activités sans valeur ajoutée. Collaborer avec les équipes APSYS et industrielles pour optimiser les méthodes de travail. Garantir l’application des principes 5S. Capacité à encadrer une équipe de techniciens et d’ingénieurs dans des domaines techniques. Connaissances en ingénierie des procédés, rédaction et amélioration d’instructions de fabrication, équilibrage de ligne, Lean Manufacturing. Maîtrise d’un ERP (type SAP) pour la gestion des nomenclatures, gammes et configurations. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
