You’ll report to and work alongside proactive and agile teammates Békir KÖKCÜ, Site Quality Director You'll be to reference for maintenance teams for daily technical and processes, supplier quality issues and related improvement actions. Day-to-day, you’ll drive the Project team and process owners in the Internal Non Conformity management and contribute to the related improvement plan, process reviews and Non Conformity decreasing and much more You’ll specifically manage the internal quality issues raising quality control plans for maintenance, revision of equipment, overhauls of equipment, trains and procedures based on FMEA and field returns, but also perform cost of non-quality analysis in maintenance activities and define action plans aimed at the reduction of costs of non-quality Manage site industrial quality activities : Budget, People, Process & Performance Lead APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plan for Industrial Quality requirements (Q09 to Q13 items) Ensure regular Process FMEA, Adapted Control Plan & Quality Control Plan update to improve Zero Defect objective, especially for Special Processes Perform analysis at site level to improve Industrial Quality Performance Escalade the main anomalies detected on the production lines at site level & ensure their effective treatment (Problem Solving tools) All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. You'll Coordinate all quality and safety activities throughout the project reporting to the Site Quality Manager. Vos missions principales Management d’équipe Encadrer une équipe d’opérateurs pour atteindre les objectifs de production dans le respect des exigences clients et des critères QCD (Qualité, Coût, Délai). Animer les briefings de début et de fin de poste. Planifier et organiser les ressources en fonction des besoins de production. Garantir la disponibilité des équipements et outils nécessaires, tout en assurant le respect des règles EHS et des standards 5S. Assurer l’intérim du Responsable de Production en son absence. Prioriser les tâches en coordination avec les responsables de production Sécurité et Environnement (EHS) Promouvoir une culture de sécurité au sein de l’équipe. Performance opérationnelle Suivre l’avancement des travaux et informer en temps réel le Responsable de Production des écarts SQDC et incidents. Veiller à la bonne application des instructions de travail et à la conformité des processus. S’assurer que la documentation est à jour et correctement renseignée. Communication et cohésion d’équipe Favoriser les échanges réguliers et constructifs avec les membres de l’équipe. Fournir des retours sur les performances individuelles et collectives. Encourager la participation active et la remontée d’idées. Amélioration continue Soutenir les initiatives d’amélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes. Réaliser des audits de processus et proposer des actions correctives. Réduire les activités sans valeur ajoutée. Collaborer avec les équipes APSYS et industrielles pour optimiser les méthodes de travail. Garantir l’application des principes 5S. Développement des compétences S’assurer que chaque membre de l’équipe dispose des compétences nécessaires, y compris les formations aux procédés spéciaux. Capacité à encadrer une équipe de techniciens et d’ingénieurs dans des domaines techniques. Connaissances en ingénierie des procédés, rédaction et amélioration d’instructions de fabrication, équilibrage de ligne, Lean Manufacturing. Maîtrise d’un ERP (type SAP) pour la gestion des nomenclatures, gammes et configurations. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
