You’ll report to and work alongside proactive and agile teammates Békir KÖKCÜ, Site Quality Director You'll be to reference for maintenance teams for daily technical and processes, supplier quality issues and related improvement actions. Day-to-day, you’ll drive the Project team and process owners in the Internal Non Conformity management and contribute to the related improvement plan, process reviews and Non Conformity decreasing and much more You’ll specifically manage the internal quality issues raising quality control plans for maintenance, revision of equipment, overhauls of equipment, trains and procedures based on FMEA and field returns, but also perform cost of non-quality analysis in maintenance activities and define action plans aimed at the reduction of costs of non-quality Manage site industrial quality activities : Budget, People, Process & Performance Lead APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plan for Industrial Quality requirements (Q09 to Q13 items) Ensure regular Process FMEA, Adapted Control Plan & Quality Control Plan update to improve Zero Defect objective, especially for Special Processes Perform analysis at site level to improve Industrial Quality Performance Escalade the main anomalies detected on the production lines at site level & ensure their effective treatment (Problem Solving tools) All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
