• Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:
• Manage customer service, according to a client portfolio; provide information respectively to stock availability, production deadlines, product packaging and delivery
• Manage commercial communications, being the interface between clients and the various departments concerned
• Arrange transportation according to customer instructions and ensure that the goods are shipped according to the contractual terms and to the different customs regulations
• Prepare and establish shipping records to meet the customer’s expectations and requirements
• Actively participate in the sales offer process and in the drafting and the review of client contracts in terms of transportation, export, and delivery requirements

PROFILE:

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar position in an international environment
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
• Knowledge of international trade
• Rigorous, flexible and with good negotiation skills
• Good command of English, French is mandatory and Italian is a plus
