      Regulatory Data Specialist – ERP / SAP EHS

      As a Regulatory Data Specialist, you will ensure the accuracy and consistency of regulatory data and rule sets within our SAP EHS module and maintain them up-to-date. The task involves structuring data according to regulatory requirements and conducting analytics and reporting to assist in decision-making processes. You will also be a go-to person for support and troubleshooting, helping users resolve regulatory data and system issues efficiently.

      RESPONSABILITIES

      • Manage the entry, maintenance, and update of regulatory data related to chemical substances and products (REACH, CLP, GHS, etc.).

      • Administer and configure SAP EHS and related extensions; ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

      • Design, execute, and document acceptance tests for changes or regulatory updates.

      • Provide user support and troubleshooting for data-related incidents, system errors, and inconsistencies, working closely with IT and regulatory teams.

      • Draft clear and structured documentation describing workflows, data flows, and user needs.

      • Develop and support regulatory data dashboards and business intelligence tools to monitor compliance.

      • Collaborate with IT to integrate new tools or features into ongoing digital and regulatory projects.

      • Use scripting or programming (Python, SQL, VBA, etc.) to automate processes and improve data reliability.

      • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and driving enhancements.

      PROFILE

      • Degree in Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, Data Science, or similar; with experience in regulated industrial environments.

      • Proficiency in SAP EHS, data management, and familiarity with ERP environments.

      • Good understanding of chemical product regulations and their implications on data.

      • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

      • Ability to work autonomously and integrate easily in multidisciplinary, IT-heavy projects.

      • Programming or scripting skills to support automation and analysis.

      • Reliable, curious, improvement-driven, and service-oriented.
