For one of our clients in Nyon, we are recruiting a Product Owner Bank, for a long term mission, who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Are you looking for you next challenging position? This opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

As a Product Owner Bank you communicate with stakeholders to define and deliver the best product. Moreover, you define/document business requirements (contraints, business needs) and you guide the development process. In collaboration with designers you optimize the user experience (A/B testing, mobile, Web). You are a expert for the product, support business and development teams (sharing/mentoring). In addition you maintain awareness of market and industry trends, you provide guidance of the vision and explain requirements. You create/maintain documentation, monitor KPI's and ensure incremental business validation.

Profile:

• Bachelor in IT
• Several years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in Agile software development teams and Agile environment
• Excellent knowledge with product design (build end client solutions on web platform, mobile, a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of banking product (Trading and b2b, a plus)
• Good knowledge in planning and coordinating business validation activities
• Fluent in English
