      Job Description

      • We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing product governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimising our product offering. Key responsibilities include:
      • Serve as the subject matter expert for traditional and alternative asset classes, providing comprehensive knowledge on product features, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
      • Maintain and update Product Governance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Conduct periodic controls and target market assessments as part of ongoing product oversight
      • Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy. Analyse business metrics to drive data-informed decision-making
      • Monitor and report on trends in retail investing, wealth management, and life insurance to inform product development and refinement
      • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective product distribution and alignment with target market requirements. Promote product propositions across the organisation
      • Develop and maintain partnerships with product manufacturers to enhance client experience and achieve commercial objectives

      Qualifications

      • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in wealth management, direct investing, or life insurance, with excellent knowledge of listed and unlisted investment products, as well as of EU financial laws (MiFID II, AIFMD, PRIIPs, EMIR)
      • Fluent in English and French
      • Advanced analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
      • Proficiency in business intelligence software and Microsoft Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
      • Understanding of Financial Services practices and standards, particularly in retail investing
      • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently at all organisational levels
