We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Market Enablement & Operations Specialist to support the Marketing and Communications function by driving operational efficiency, supporting market outreach activities, and ensuring quality standards across core programs. This role combines strong marketing operations acumen with hands-on involvement in digital initiatives, process ownership, and cross-functional collaboration
Marketing & Communications Support
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives across regions
Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
Monitor campaign performance and compile insights for improvement
Assist with the maintenance and updates of the company website, including uploading new content, ensuring functional accuracy, and supporting UX improvements
Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve web-related issues
Contribute to basic SEO optimization efforts (e.g., keyword updates, metadata, on-page content enhancements) and monitor SEO performance metrics
Process Ownership & Optimization
Define, document, and continuously optimize marketing and communications processes (e.g., campaign workflows, asset approvals, content deployment)
Act as the main point of contact for process-related queries within the team
Maintain and optimize marketing-related Salesforce processes (e.g., campaign tracking, lead flows, reporting dashboards)
Ensure data integrity and alignment between Salesforce and marketing systems/tools
Liaise with the IT and CRM teams on system enhancements or troubleshooting
Oversee the management and reporting of the Assessment Service Quality Program
Coordinate stakeholder feedback, track progress on improvement areas, and ensure documentation is maintained
Provide reports and insights on trends, successes, and opportunities for improvement
Assist in scheduling, coordination, and documentation of meetings, events, or reviews
Support internal communications and team alignment activities as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing operations, project coordination, or digital enablement role
Solid experience with Salesforce; familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and SEO basics is preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on accuracy and deadlines
Data-driven mindset and confidence in creating dashboards, reports, and insights
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative working style
Highly adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
