Chain IQ’s approach to ESG supports ethical operations, business standards and bio-diversity whilst minimizing environmental impact We are seeking an innovative and experienced Head of Data & Analytics to lead our organization’s data strategy and enable data-driven decision-making, reporting directly to our Chief Value Officer. The ideal candidate will lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive data strategies that align seamlessly with our business objectives Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring it serves as a catalyst for business growth Establish and maintain robust data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance Lead a virtual team of data professionals, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Drive the implementation of cutting-edge data architectures and technologies to meet evolving business requirements Transform existing reporting and analytics capabilities into a data-driven decision supporting team Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to enhance business processes, products, and services Ensure effective data management and integration across different systems and platforms Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in data and analytics to recommend strategic investments Advocate for data literacy and awareness throughout the organization, facilitating training and communication initiatives Work collaboratively with IT and other departments to align data initiatives with overarching business objectives Monitor and report on key performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of data management and utilization efforts Qualifications: Proven track record as a senior leader in data and analytics, with a history of successfully implementing robust data strategies Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices Strategic mindset with the ability to align data initiatives with overarching business goals Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving common objectives Proficiency in data technologies, architectures, and state-of-the-art tools, with a keen eye for innovation Experience in implementation and organizational transformation of existing and new data initiatives Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams Advanced degree in a relevant field such as data science, information management, or business analytics is a plus Professional experience in the procurement and/or professional services environment is a plus If you are passionate about leveraging the power of data to drive business excellence and possess the expertise to lead in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for the Head of Data & Analytics position. Chain IQ’s approach to ESG supports ethical operations, business standards and bio-diversity whilst minimizing environmental impact We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Market Enablement & Operations Specialist to support the Marketing and Communications function by driving operational efficiency, supporting market outreach activities, and ensuring quality standards across core programs. This position is operationally responsible for providing the availability, integrity, and security for all IT systems and infrastructure Partnering with the Head of Digital Operations, this position will lead the IT Infrastructure Team with overall responsibility for technology infrastructure planning and deployment of technology for various projects. In tandem with the CISO, the Head of Infrastructure is ensuring a secure environment to the company Reports to the CIO Leads the global IT Infrastructure Team with twelve co-workers in six countries Creates excellent user experience for all relevant internal and external stakeholders Provides a productive working environment for the employees Planning, project management and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement Provides infrastructure services vision, enables innovation and seeks to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company’s requirements and expectations Development of enterprise standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process Conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring best in class technologies and partners Works closely with and manage strategic vendor partner relationships. Setup and run the governance with the partners.
