We are seeking an innovative and experienced Head Data Management – Executive Director to lead our organization’s data strategy and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive data strategies that align seamlessly with our business objectives. Tasks and Responsibilities: Consult and support Business Partners on all matters relating to the Sourcing of Professional Services. Development and execution of procurement strategies within a complex, high spend, and highly visible category Independently lead the implementation of tender initiatives and contract negotiation as project lead via e-sourcing tools Establish and maintain a close relationship with internal and external Business Partners as well as vendors. Manage a challenging, broad role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment for multiple client accounts Coordinate commercial, operational, and legal aspects with relevant experts in a cross-functional team Collaboration on global procurement strategies and implementation of regional requirements Provide key stakeholder support in the sourcing lifecycle - including driving sourcing, RFI, RFP, evaluation, drafting, contracting, on-boarding, negotiations, operational task related to projects & requests and diverse aspects of supplier management (TRPM), etc. Collaboration on special projects in interdisciplinary (global) teams Requirements: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or equal Several years (>8 years) of progressive experience in indirect procurement of Professional Services in an international (corporate) environment or in sales/ BD at a global Professional Services firm In depth experience in review, negotiation, and execution of contracts with vendors. Understanding of how professional services contracts (incl. Master Service Agreements and Supply Orders) are scoped, structured, and cost controlled. Specific know-how in Sourcing of Consulting, Audit and Tax Services is preferred. Understanding of typical risks and contractual mitigation/management of such Experience in senior stakeholder management and managing complex vendor/client relationships including proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professionalism in communications with all levels of client stakeholders Expert knowledge of technologies/ processes/ tools as well as contractual and legal aspects of Professional Services contracts. Secure command of e-sourcing tools (SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Archlet) of advantage Good analytical and conceptual skills and quick understanding of complex content, figures and interfaces. Ability to utilize procurement and financial data to understand spending trends and to leverage that information to identify procurement insights that result in process efficiencies or cost savings for the client Proactive, flexible, and client-focused personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
