PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Lead retail formats development to drive consistent IQOS Brand experience across all offline distribution channels (Brand retail / IQOS Partners) ready for technical development. Lead the development and co-creation of design evolutions with key markets to deliver solution covering the main market archetypes and speed up global roll out.
Drive collection of Design and Consumer Experience inputs, market needs and operation efficiencies for integration and feasibility.
Drive design consistency across channels leveraging modularity and rationalization of furniture SKU.
Manage the integration of retail operational efficiencies and technological digitalization requirements into all design developments.
Responsible for timely and promtply sharing and maintaining consumer and design principles with internal and external deployment teams. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Lead format design development and its design evolutions, translating consumer experiences in alignment with strategy and design equity for all offline formats, including supporting functions like product assortment, operations, visual merchandising, etc. Boutique, Islands, mobiles units, temporary activation, Lounges, Travel Retail & IQOS Partners

Ability to manage multiple projects on an on-going basis. Experience and cultural understanding of global markets and consumer behaviour. Understanding, appreciation and articulation of brand into retail design and experiences physical delivery. Strong leadership skills to run activities within cross functional teams and diverse markets. Technical experience on architectural retail development and furniture design.
