HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• In Close Relationship With Our Group Technology Department, Maisons And Regions, You Will Ensure The Successful Implementation of Our Procurement Policies and Strategies
• Support category intelligence management, including category analysis, spend and risks analysis and best practices identification, to facilitate the implementation of category strategies across the perimeter
• Support the management of the preferred suppliers list
• Propose value creation initiatives, such as rationalization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Contribute to enhancing category performance reporting
• Support stakeholders in their sourcing and supplier management activities:
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and advise them on sourcing strategies
• Actively contribute to the definition of requirements and perform procurement actions in accordance with Group policies
• Provide comprehensive procurement support for technology-related needs:
• Negotiate the best conditions TCO wise (pricing, terms and conditions, SLA,…)
• Provide procurement support throughout technology projects, including managing RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, as well as contract renewals
• Ensure compliance with the negotiated terms

• You can communicate clearly and act as a team player to create the right dynamic to achieve the defined objectives and deliver the best value
• You are curious, structured and have excellent analytical skills
• You are fluent in both English and French
• You are competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
