To strengthen our Corporate Infrastructure team, we are looking for an:
YOUR ROLE
Maintain core services used worldwide, primarily hosted in Switzerland
Handle day-to-day incidents, service requests, and changes at an engineering level (Level 3 support), following ITIL best practices
Contribute to security patching and improvement initiatives
Actively participate in project implementation, from proposal to delivery, identifying optimizations and suggesting new solutions
Write and/or enhance technical documentation
Share knowledge and continuously develop your technical skills
May be required to work on rare occasions during weekends
Essential technical skills:
Server virtualization: VMware vSphere (most important) + Hyper-V – 5+ years of experience
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies
Federated identity: SAML, ADFS, Okta
Familiarity with ISO 27001 or CMMI standards
Soft skills:
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
Autonomous and self-driven
Fluent in English and French
