Bachelor's degree or HR certificate, or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, especially Swiss employment law.
5 to 10 years in HR, similar role.
Hands-on HR administration and coordination, experience with large teams/workloads.
Excellent communicator, team player, pragmatic, solution-oriented.
Able to prioritize and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
Computer literate; Workday experience a plus.
Native French, fluent English (spoken & written).
