Purpose & Objective
SAP’s Corporate Marketing team is seeking a Head of Blog Strategy and Platform to lead and enhance our business blog ecosystem. This senior-level individual contributor will develop and implement a comprehensive blogging strategy that not only positions SAP as a leader in key topic areas, is discoverable, and engaging, but that also delivers a superior customer experience.
Our business blog requires a visionary leader to drive an ambitious editorial agenda, optimize performance through data-driven insights, and ensure seamless operations. Though not a direct manager, this role will work with a supporting cast that encompasses content strategy, SEO, publishing operations, and platform innovation, demanding both strategic vision and hands-on execution, as well as the ability to drive progress and influence without direct authority.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 142,500 - 327,100 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
