• Together with the 3rd level team you will act as the single point of contact between the teams supporting our customers and the technical departments
• For technical matters, such as inquiries around the bexio API, the 3rd level team facilitates the communication directly with customers
• You will work in a modern environment driven by continuous improvement, and be given the opportunity to bring in your ideas to further optimize and automate the daily business
