We are seeking a motivated Digital Solutions Intern to join our team and support the maintenance, optimization, and expansion of our Varicent commission management system

used across all of our boutiques in Europe

• This role offers hands-on experience in HR technology, system configuration, and data analysis within an international environment. ,
• We are looking for an intern that would be available for a 6 to 12-months internship
• You will be part of the team that will be at the intersection between, Retail operations, HR & IT working in partnership with all of our Maisons
• Carry out change requests and identify gaps and in Varicent workflows and data structures
• Create and maintain documentation for BAU (Business As Usual) processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides
• development of training & best practice materials
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Varicent data imports, rules, and commission calculations
• Validate technical and functional specifications for new requirements and enhancements
• Support data validation processes to ensure accurate payee and commission information
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for new configurations, updates, and enhancements
• Follow up on change requests with the implementation partner and internal teams

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• First relevant technical experience (internships, coursework, or projects)
• Familiarity with relational databases, basic administration, and SQL scripting or IT support process
• Strong interest in web-based application troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools a must
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Interest in HR technology, system implementation, and digital solution delivery
• Strong communication skills in English and French (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment
• Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and database query handling
