THE MISSION
You will help the team implement a new Digital UX Analytics solution (ContentSquare) on multiple websites (50+). Acting as the implementation specialist you will oversee the planning, execution & completion of the migration & ensure the roadmap is aligned with the business’ needs.
Your role will be focused on the technical & strategic part of the deployment.
Moreover, you will act as the liaison with multiple parties & help with their understanding and engagement of the new tool.
Once websites are deployed, you will also be in charge of the analysis roadmap & Ad Hoc reporting.

THE TEAM
You will join and work in close collaboration with the consumer insights and analytics team in Philip Morris International in Lausanne. The team acts as the cohesive force that underpins PMI’s consumer centric and data-driven strategy by providing actionable insights through Data Products. You’ll have the opportunity to work with people from different skills set, whilst the team focuses on Web Analytics.YOUR PROFILE
