Project information

• No Sub-Contracting is possible only employee leasing via Hays (Switzerland)

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and operating effective and innovative functionalities for a customer- and agent- facing B2B billing system
• Developing and refactoring complex parts for the backend of the system with Java, Spring Boot and OPA
• Implementing user-friendly frontend elements with React
• Refining and optimizing database queries to enhance the overall system performance
• Conducting code reviews, ensuring that the team's output is of high quality and aligned with our overall technical objectives
• Performing deployment and releasing activities as well as monitoring and managing system errors
• Taking responsibility for high system availability also outside office hours as part of the on-call service

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Informatics or equivalent education

• Baseline software engineering skills: git with PR-based workflow, CI/CD practices, SCRUM/SAFE agile notions

• Strong Java programming experience, including Spring/Spring Boot and Maven

• Strong SQL and relational database design experience, ideally with PostgreSQL

• Experience with containers (Docker) for application packaging

• Experience with system design and architecture

• High-level English skills (C1) are mandatory / Skills in French and/or German are advantageous

• Experience with GraphQL

• Experience in frontend SPA development using Javascript and React

• Integrity Check SL2 documents (criminal record and debt collection records) must not be older than 3 months at the time of verification and must cover the last three years
