Freelance/temporary employment for a project Bulle Start date: asap Reference number: 824412/1 Project information As Engineering Specialist for Biotech plant, you will be in charge of modifications of our production equipment. You will lead or take part of several on-going technical projects (CAPEX and operational small projects) and lead the day-to-day work of your own executions. You will oversee dimensioning/design, planification and realization of technical modifications and new installations in our Immunology production plants.As an expert, you will play a supportive role in the investigation team, HSE policy and continuous improvement teams. Responsibilities As a major actor in project execution, you will be in charge for design, external companies and commissioning and handover activities Provide engineering expertise in projects and during technical or quality investigations As an Engineering Specialist, you will take an active role in the coordination of activities and project-s work packages Based on your strong knowledge in chemical and pharma production sites you will be a key actor interacting with our production specialists, maintenance experts, and project managers Actively take part in the application of HSE policy (Health, Safety and Environment)Engineering Specialist Profile Master in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical degree In-depth knowledge of biotech and pharma production equipment and skids, mechanical design expertise (pump dimensioning, piping specification, etc) Experience on a pharmaceutical manufacturing site Several positive experiences in project execution, contractor and construction management and commissioning activities In-depth knowledge of cGMPs and regulations linked with pharmaceutical manufacturing Your leadership skills and fast situation analysis ability will help us to be a strong partner to our stakeholders and foster your impact on production planning whilst executing our technical change activities Your ability to manage several concomitant activities at different levels (from shopfloor execution to contractor coordination and partnering with stakeholders) will be key to succeed in this role Excellent communication skills, to interact with external and internal partners, with a good level of spoken and written English Fluent in spoken and written French Benefits A highly motivated team and an open way of communication A very renowned company Central location

Freelance/temporary employment for a project Fribourg Start date: asap Reference number: 830643/1 Responsibilities You are responsible for preventing failures of engine components and systems by estimating their lifetime in the application You compare cumulative damage between endurance tests from the standard validation plan and representative working cycles in machines You support Failure Mode and Effect Analysis for the engine, systems, and components You perform system risk analysis You implement engine configurations and related information in the reliability tool You collect and input test data (from test benches and field operations) into the reliability tool You are familiar with Reliability metrics such as MTBF, Failure Rates, Weibull Curves You conduct statistical analysis of duty cycles You define standard machine cycles per application You support the definition of reference test cycles on test benches You define new models or improve existing ones to assess failure modes Profile You hold a Master-s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have completed studies in probability theory, statistics, data science, and programming You have good knowledge of reliability engineering in the industrial environment You have experience in Reliability Engineering You have a very good command of French and German or English (minimum B2 level) You have advanced knowledge of MS Office, reliability tools (ReliaSoft, nCode), MATLAB and Python You enjoy working in a team and are known for your flexibility and commitment.
