Managing the day-to-day activities, including coaching, of the SQ regional team by ensuring that priority are addressed, • Communicating relevant information to key stakeholders locally,, • Identifying issues and risks and escalating those appropriately, • Monitoring all the team activities and ensuring the relevant training and support is provided, • Managing and enhancing relationships with appropriate internal contacts to ensure that best practice, issues, concerns and learning points are shared and fed back to appropriate parties., • Identifying opportunities to continuously improve the service provided, referring to senior management where appropriate, • Other activities assigned by line manager
