Overview: We are seeking a Client Success AI/Data Engineer to bridge the gap between advanced AI/data engineering and measurable client outcomes. This role blends technical expertise in AI/ML, data pipelines, and visualization with client-facing responsibilities. You will partner with clients, solution architects, and internal teams to design, implement, and operationalize AI-driven solutions that deliver sustained business value. Responsibilities: Client-Facing Solution Delivery Engage client stakeholders to define business goals, KPIs, and data needs. Translate requirements into data pipelines, AI/ML solutions, and actionable insights. Build client-ready dashboards and reporting tools. Advise on AI, data governance, and automation best practices. Lead enablement sessions to drive adoption of AI-powered workflows. Data Engineering & AI/ML Development Design and maintain pipelines for structured/unstructured data. Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models (NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, anomaly detection, etc.). Operationalize models with MLOps best practices. Integrate solutions with client ERP/WMS and digital systems. Reporting & Visualization Deliver intuitive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for client self-service. Present technical outcomes as clear business value to executives. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration Represent the client internally, surfacing feedback to product/engineering. Explore new AI/ML applications relevant to client industries. Enhance predictive insights, recommendations, and AI coaching. Qualifications: Required Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. 3–6+ years’ experience as a Data Engineer, ML Engineer, or similar role. Strong Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy). Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational & NoSQL databases. Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Dashboard design with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Excellent client communication skills with ability to simplify technical detail. Preferred Background in warehouse automation, logistics, or supply chain data. Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Kafka) and MLOps practices.
