The Role The Growth Marketing Manager is a key player in Verity’s demand generation engine—combining creative strategy with data-driven precision to deliver measurable growth. You’ll design and execute multi-channel campaigns, manage the systems and data behind them, and ensure every initiative drives awareness, engagement, and revenue. This role is perfect for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. What You’ll Do Campaigns & Programs Plan and optimize integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline. Partner with Sales, Content, and Field Marketing to align with business priorities. Develop nurture flows, paid media, and outbound programs to accelerate buyer journeys. Lead quarterly campaign planning and manage creative, content, and reporting workflows. Own Verity’s social presence (LinkedIn, X, etc.) and manage the content calendar. Marketing Operations Manage marketing automation, CRM alignment, and lead lifecycle processes. Optimize Pardot–Salesforce integrations, ensuring data integrity and attribution accuracy. Build dashboards and performance reports from lead to revenue. Identify process improvements and automation opportunities across systems. Growth & Insights Run experiments to refine messaging, channels, and conversion paths. Analyze data to uncover insights and optimize funnel efficiency. Support personalization, segmentation, and testing initiatives. Explore new tools, channels, and technologies to scale impact. What You Bring 7–10 years in B2B marketing (SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or industrial tech). Proven success in demand generation, campaign management, or marketing ops. Hands-on experience with Pardot, Salesforce, and analytics platforms. Expertise in ABM tools (Demandbase, 6sense), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong grasp of GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution modeling. Skilled in CRM integrations, automation workflows, and performance dashboards. Excellent communicator and collaborator across remote, cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Why Verity? About the role Verity works with some of the world’s largest enterprises, and helping them unlock measurable value is at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for a Senior Manager to own the customer value journey for our $1B+ clients—from identifying business impact before the deal is signed, to ensuring that value is realized and expanded long after go-live. This is a highly visible role that blends strategy and execution. You’ll run executive workshops, build business cases, track ROI, and tell the value story in a way that earns trust at the C-suite. You’ll also shape how we think about value across the company—partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to refine our playbooks and strengthen our customer engagement. What you’ll do Lead discovery sessions and workshops with Operations, IT, and Finance leaders to uncover pain points and quantify business impact. Build executive-ready business cases with ROI models, scenario projections, and risk assessments that drive confident decision-making. Define success criteria and measurable outcomes, then design value dashboards and scorecards to track performance against plan. Partner with customer champions to orchestrate onboarding, adoption, and change management, ensuring fast time-to-value. Lead QBRs and EBRs that showcase ROI, confirm benefits, and map the path to expansion. Create multi-year value roadmaps with clear milestones and early wins to build momentum. Develop materials and narratives that resonate with C-level stakeholders and support value-based selling. Feed insights back into Sales, Product, and Marketing to strengthen our GTM approach and improve pipeline quality. How success is measured Value realized vs. business case commitments. NPS and executive stakeholder feedback. Gross and Net Revenue Retention (NRR), including expansion impact. Bookings influenced by value proof points and references. Time-to-value against plan What you bring 6+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Enterprise Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or Business Transformation (SaaS, ERP/WMS, supply chain, or automation) A track record of facilitating executive workshops and co-creating business cases that deliver measurable impact Strong executive presence and storytelling skills—you can translate data into narratives that land with a COO, CFO, or CIO Experience mapping out customer value journeys and adoption strategies with defined milestones Familiarity with ERP/WMS environments and data integration requirements Strong analytical skills: ROI/TCO modeling, KPI frameworks, sensitivity analysis; experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus Comfortable with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, HubSpot) Excellent collaboration skills across Operations, IT, and Finance Why Verity?
