The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to our key stakeholders and have deep understanding of the talent market, talent acquisition practices, and tools to ensure full visibility to external trends in the Technology field How you will contribute: Manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle for DD&T roles including sourcing, talent mapping, interview feedback/consultation, pre-offer, through to offer negotiation Partner with TA Head, HR Partners, and key business leaders to ensure current and future strategic TA needs are achieved Ensure compliance with all required legal & compliance regulations and reporting related to Takeda's hiring initiatives Achieve an exceptional candidate experience which results in a distinctive competitive advantage for Takeda.
