Your mission Reporting to the Distribtuion Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the distribution and logistics of our products internationally, ensuring a high level of care and accuracy is take for all customer orders. The value you bring Organise the storage, distribution and logistics of medical products within the cold chain internationally Review customer purchase orders & shipping documents within ERP to ensure accuracy Interact with customers to respond to enquiries about products, services, and shipping Collaborate with colleagues across Sales Order Desk, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Success to ensure a seamless, customer experience and efficient delivery process. Requirements 2-4 Years direct working experience within the distribution and logistics team of a global/international supply chain function. Direct experience with the distribution of products within the cold chain is essential, ideally medical/pharmaceutical products. Exposure to products distributed through Air, with relevant regulations knowledge (I.e. IATA Standards) Knowledge of ERP Systems is mandatory, ideally Dynamics. Your Mission As our Senior NGS Bioinformatician you will lead data exploration efforts to address practical questions that arise during product development. You will work with diverse datasets that vary by gene panel, sample type, enrichment technology, sequencing platform, and more. Your work will involve assessing NGS kit and chemistry performance, evaluating the analytical accuracy of SOPHiA GENETICS products, and conducting in-depth, product-focused analyses.Your insights will directly contribute to the evolution of our products. This may include proposing and implementing improvements to probe design, analytical tools (pipeline modules), and overall pipeline architecture.
