Job Description Manage the Group Chief Legal Officer's complex and ever-changing calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls while efficiently resolving scheduling conflicts. Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Chief Legal Officer. Prepare and edit various documents, reports, presentations, and financial data to support the Chief Legal Officer's decision-making process. Prepare, assist, attend meetings with the Chief Legal Officer, take accurate meeting minutes, and follow up on action items with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, optimizing travel efficiency. Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and always maintain strict confidentiality. Assist in financial-related tasks, such as expense reporting, budget tracking, and financial record keeping. Conduct research and gather data to support the Chief Legal Officer in making strategic business decisions. Collaborate with other members of the executive team and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Assist the CEO and board in the absence of the CEO’s assistant. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively. Strong attention to detail and a track record of producing accurate work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders. High level of integrity and professionalism, handling confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness in handling challenges. A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. Commercial school, bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal, or a related field is preferred. Fluent English and German are an asset. Excellent writing skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Sharepoint) and experience with financial software is a plus. Additional Information The role is based in Baar. Job Description As Lead Innovation Architect you will analyze digital startups and established technology players to identify disruptions, assess their impact on SGS, and shape strategic responses. By evaluating build–buy–partner scenarios, supporting M&A due diligence, and designing conceptual solution architectures for new business models and digital services, the role helps define where SGS should play and how it should transform. You will work across Digital Trust and emerging digital domains to guide the development of new service concepts, SaaS offerings, and trust platforms Key responsibilities: Analyse digital startups and tech players to gauge disruption potential, strategic fit, and opportunities for SGS. Support M&A evaluations by assessing technology approaches, solution maturity, and integration feasibility. Recommend where SGS should build internally, partner, invest, acquire, or launch new venture initiatives. Explore how emerging digital business models (e.g., SaaS, platforms, trust ecosystems) could reshape SGS’s offerings. Benchmark SGS’s current capabilities to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for new digital services. Design conceptual end-to-end solution architectures for new ventures and service concepts. Evaluate build/buy/partner options, including effort estimates and capability needs. Perform strategic assessments such as SWOT, scenario analysis, and disruption comparisons. Assess feasibility of replicating external solutions internally and define resource requirements. Collaborate across business, operations, innovation, and IT teams to validate assumptions and shape viable concepts. Provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders on where SGS should innovate, invest, or pivot. Qualifications Essential Experience: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field blending technology and business. Proven expertise in digital strategy, venture design, corporate innovation, or technology-driven business analysis, with a strong record of delivering impactful solutions. Deep conceptual understanding of modern digital architectures and emerging technologies — including AI (LLMs, agentic AI, GenAI platforms), automation frameworks, cloud-native patterns, data-centric architectures, and API ecosystems. Ability to translate complex technology trends into actionable business models, strategic recommendations, and build/buy/partner options for new ventures. Skilled at designing conceptual solution architectures and guiding prototype/MVP development with technical teams. Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset — able to connect technology, business models, and strategic implications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and bridging business, IT, and innovation teams. Innovative, pragmatic, and highly curious about emerging technologies and digital business models. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with trust-enabling technologies such as identity frameworks, zero-trust principles, federated data approaches, and quantum-safe methods. Experience engaging with startup ecosystems, venture incubation, or digital M&A assessments, including evaluating strategic and technical relevance. Understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance-by-design principles in digital service development. Ability to assess the maturity, scalability, and integration feasibility of digital solutions and startup technologies. Our laboratory based in Plan-les-Ouates is a world leading group in chemical and biochemical analysis specialized in high-end GMP contract analytical services in Mass Spectrometry, Chromatography and Biophysical techniques. We provide analytical services in Health Sciences, including structural analysis of biologics (proteins, glycoproteins and carbohydrates), their quantification and various chemical studies. Job Description Perform sample preparation using various chemical and biochemical techniques. Operate Liquid Chromatography associated to Mass Spectrometers (Waters, Thermo, Shimadzu). Perform interpretation and review of analytical data: Following completion of experimental works write and review analytical reports. Support in the conduct of logistic specific laboratory tasks (e.g. order and register chemicals, maintain inventories,…). Qualifications Bsc/Msc diploma or equivalent in a science discipline (e.g. analytical chemistry, biochemistry). Relevant experience in absolute quantification of small and large molecules by LC-MS based methods. Good knowledge of the analytical softwares Empower, Masslynx, Labsolutions, Chromeleon will be an advantage. Experience in working in a GMP contract service lab would be appreciated. Fluent in spoken and written French and English. Able to follow specific and detailed procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with scientific staff.
