Renens VD, Switzerland Scientific Visual SA has developed the world leading technology for inspecting bulk industrial crystals used in the optics and semi-conductor industries. To support our expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic software developer. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our software expansion program, while occasionally assisting with user support and software maintenance. We value mindset and experience over formal training. What will you do Develop and maintain Python modules for data loading, processing, and 3D rendering Implement new features and troubleshoot bugs across the codebase Help build the visualization pipeline that transforms raw scan data into interactive crystal models Collaborate closely with senior developers and materials science experts What we are looking for 1+ year of hands-on Python programming (academic, personal, or professional projects welcome) Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and Git-based workflows Strong communication skills in English Extra plus (not required) Familiarity with OpenGL/WebGL, Blender scripting or game engine tools Background or interest in materials science, crystallography or volumetric imaging Starting date: as soon as possible.Apply Online
