Our Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. They understand Red Bull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales and manage the Red Bull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trial, in addition to working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love to work in a creative working atmosphere BE A BRAND & PRODUCT AMBASSADOR Live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time - competently answering any questions from consumers Build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan which engages students and brings the brand to life at university Create a strong network, establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals Drive the brand engagement on your Social Media handles via authentic content. ton poste de Striker, tu es responsable d’accroître la disponibilité et la visibilité des produits Red Bull et The ORGANICS by Red Bull dans tous les canaux de vente Off Premise (Retail, Convenience et Cash & Carry) de la zone de vente qui t’est attribuée. Pour ce faire, tu es en contact direct avec nos clients du commerce de détail et tu collabores étroitement avec divers départements Voir plus Développement de la distribution Tu es responsable des canaux stratégiques Retail, Convenience et C&C dans ta région et veilles à ce que le marché soit constamment approvisionné en énergie. Tu entretiens un contact personnel régulier avec nos partenaires commerciaux et assures la disponibilité optimale de nos produits dans ta zone de vente afin de renforcer notre position sur le marché. Tu mets aussi l’accent sur le développement de points de distribution horizontaux et verticaux Disponibilité et visibilité conforme à la marque Grâce à ta parfaite compréhension de la marque, tu assures une présentation optimale de nos produits sur les points de vente (POS), veillant notamment à leur disponibilité dans des emplacements réfrigérés ainsi qu’à une visibilité et une promotion conformes à la marque Relation client et communication Dans ta région, tu es la personne de contact privilégiée de tes clients. Tu échanges régulièrement avec le Trade Marketing, le Category Management ainsi que les Key Account Managers. Grâce à cette collaboration et à ton approche proactive, tu évites les situations de rupture de stock. Tes missions incluent également des activités administratives telles que la gestion des données clients dans notre outil CRM qui comptent le plus pour ce poste : Tu as terminé une formation professionnelle, idéalement dans le domaine des biens de consommation, et tu l’as complétée par une formation continue en marketing/vente, ou tu es titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire Tu disposes d’une expérience confirmée dans la vente ou dans le service externe, et tu possèdes la capacité à convaincre et enthousiasmer nos clients. Tu as une présentation soignée et un charisme naturel, tu es ambitieux, communicatif et doté d’une forte capacité à concrétiser tes objectifs Par ta personnalité, tu corresponds à l’univers de Red Bull : enthousiaste, innovant, sportif et dynamique Tu maîtrises parfaitement les outils Microsoft Office ainsi que l'utilisation de tablettes et smartphones Tu habites à Lausanne ou dans les environs, tu es titulaire d’un permis de conduire catégorie B, et tu parles couramment le français ainsi que l’allemand ; la maîtrise de l’anglais est un atout supplémentaire Un défi fait pour vous ?
