Your contribution will be essential in maintaining the seamless operation and promotion of our athlete's activities and branding efforts You will support the creation, coordination, and execution of athlete projects and sponsorships, including branding tool development. Your logistics support ensures smooth sponsorship activations, from advertising materials to branding elements. You will handle the coordination of sponsorship requests, maximizing opportunities You will be involved in the scouting and selection of future Red Bull athletes, contributing to the further development of the Red Bull athlete portfolio. You will take part in the collaboration between other sponsors and athlete managers. You will assist in the realisation and control of athlete sponsorships & activations, for which independent planning will be required Our Athletes Marketing Team covers all aspects of an athlete's professional journey. You will support the creation of athlete business plans, ensuring a solid foundation and clear objectives. You will assist with communication, logistics, and media optimization, allowing athletes to focus on performance You will take responsibility for athlete activations and coordinate information flow to internal departments and teams. You will manage back-office tasks like correspondence, mailings, reporting, and maintaining Sportsnet mappings. Additionally, you will provide on-site support at various Red Bull events for athlete-related topics that matter most for this role: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with a wide understanding of the field of sports (from mainstream to action sports) Proven excellence in your academic life Relevant work or internship experience is a plus A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements Entrepreneurial spirit with a go-getter mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges Open and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills Native in German or French, fluent in English (written, spoken) Red Bull Graduate Program: Realise your talent! As a Creator Marketing Graduate, you will support the team in developing and enhancing the Creator Marketing program at Red Bull Switzerland You will assist in tracking and analyzing performance metrics of Creator collaborations, maintain ongoing communication with HQ and peer markets, and support budget management for specific projects. Additionally, you will monitor and develop the program in alignment with the Creator Marketing Manager and support negotiations for external deals and contracts with suppliers, agencies, and streamers You will assist in sourcing and maintaining relationships with creators, support the consistent integration of products into their channels, and manage a dedicated group of Key Creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch. Additionally, you will help ensure strong connections with Key Creators, collaborate with other markets to enhance project variety, act as a point of contact for all Marketing departments, and drive internal education and awareness about Creators You will help activate main projects from the Marketing calendar using the roster of Creators, assist in executing dedicated projects, and support corporate projects like The Organics by Red Bull, AlphaTauri, and various Sports, Culture, and On Premise events. Our Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. They understand Red Bull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales and manage the Red Bull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trial, in addition to working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
