100% Your Impact Lead and oversee Technology Audit Engagements : Take charge of managing and delivering a diverse portfolio of technology audit projects, encompassing IT general controls (ITGC), business processes, application controls, and IT security reviews. Ensure that audits are conducted within the designated timeframe, adhere to the defined scope, and comply with relevant standards such as SOX, NIST, ISO, and COBIT. Risk Assessment \& Control Evaluation : Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses in technology systems and controls. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, providing recommendations and guidance to clients on enhancing their IT security posture. Your Skill Set Bachelor or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional Certifications: One or more of the following certifications is preferred (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CPA, CIA) or equivalent is a plus. 4 to 6 years of experience in Information Systems audit, internal audit, or Technology risk management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. A previous experience in a Big 4 or large professional services firm is highly desirable. Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, risk management, IT control frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL), and cybersecurity principles. Strong knowledge of Technology in general, including information systems, networks, infrastructure, emerging technologies such as AI, cloud environments, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and database management. Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus. Your Impact You will support the engagement manager with the planning, execution and completion of group and local audits in a variety of non-financial services industries with a focus on US GAAP and SOX testing. You will execute testing of SOX internal controls in accordance with the latest PCAOB guidance and demonstrate your knowledge and expertise in internal controls testing for significant subsidiaries of US-listed entities based in Switzerland. You will work on a motivated team in a dynamic environment, focused on finding opportunities to add value to our clients, teams and yourself. You will support the engagement manager in coordinating a network of international teams on your engagements, either in the US or in Europe. Your Skill Set You have a university degree in accounting or the equivalent and have successfully completed the US CPA. You have recently worked 5-8 years with a public accounting firm and have extensive auditing experience working in US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, PCAOB and SOX. You have strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills which you demonstrate when working with your clients and teams. You have excellent verbal and written English skills.
