Specifically, with our Managed Detection & Response and Threat Intelligence Services, we help our customers detect threats, identify risks and respond appropriately to incidents. Our Swiss sales team is now looking for further sales support for the Romandie region (mainly covering the cantons of Vaud, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, and Jura)! Key tasks: Acquisition of new customers and presentation of our sophisticated solution and service portfolio Active support of existing partnerships Creation and negotiation of customer-specific solution offers Preparation, coordination and coordination of sales activities with our technical teams Establishment and further development of strategic partnerships Participation in trade fairs, symposiums and customer events What we expect of you Successfully completed business or technical studies. Our unique Threat Intelligence leverages more than 500 sources to focus on real threats, while ensuring compliance with worldwide regulations In order to strengthen our delivery capabilities, we are currently looking for a Director of Professional Services YOUR MAIN TASKS Full P&L responsibility of the PS activity (involved in budget creation, review & planning) Financial Management including pricing strategies, pricing approval, profitability in projects and financial health Decision taking in hiring activities above specific salary limit with the Head of Strategic planning and leadership (develop and execute company's consulting strategy aligned with business goals, market trends and client needs in collaboration with the COO and CTO) Mediation and escalation instance for challenges in projects Conducting regular employee performance reviews and target agreement conversations Active participation in improving company internal processes mostly those related to PS activity Collaboration with the Sales Collaboration with CTO and COO DESIRED PROFILE You hold a bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and already have professional experience in delivering professional services in the cybersecurity field for a medium or large company You are willing to learn and evolve in a technically sharp and interesting environment, dealing with challenging and stimulating issues and can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills You have a proven experience in a managing technical teams You are customer oriented You have excellent spoken and written communication skills and can represent the company towards our customers You are fluent in French and are proficient in English. German knowledge is a plus You are Swiss Resident, have a driving license In addition to your technical skills, you have genuine human qualities and are keen to make a long-term commitment to a company with a human dimension.
