Some highlights Being part of an international company yet with local presence Build a safer digital society together with us Working as a Business Excellence Program Manager We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team as a Business Excellence Program Manager. You will be a part of a team that is driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization with a special focus on Sales Methodology . This role involves analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance . The Business Excellence Program Manager will work closely with various departments across Orange Cyberdefense to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This is a very international role as you’ll be in touch with OCD teams of all countries in our footprint. A n element of travel to meet and train our salesforce and other stakeholders is expected. Technology and Marketing Technology & Marketing is a global function at Orange Cyberdefense, which is involved in various initiatives to enhance the company's cybersecurity services and market presence. The department focuses on several key areas, including the development of new technologies, marketing strategies, and customer engagement. They are responsible for managing the company's digital presence, implementing customer relationship management systems, and creating mobile applications to improve customer access to services1. T&M missions Strategic Vision for Countries Supporting countries in their day-to-day activities Prioritizing innovation and differentiation Manage the relationship with the Orange group, with Orange Business, with Orange Cyberdefense Global Support of Business Operations is a new function that supports Orange Cyberdefense's internal and external customers through: ➢ Business Technology, Process and Governance ➢ Business Excellence & Support ➢ Business Performance Management Within the team Business excellence we are now a looking for a candidate to strength the team. Are you our new team member ? What we expect of you Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential Proficient in English is a must Experience in sales and project management is a plus Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus Strong interest in bid, sales and product management and a passion for technology and cybersecurity. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a diverse team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and deadlines. Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced industry. Desirable: Experience in the cyber security industry. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience in process improvement, project management, and change management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
