Ability to break down complex problems and translate into clear, compelling product improvements. Proven track record of collaborating with engineers and designers to ship high-quality product features. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience aligning stakeholders and leading through influence. Familiarity with frontend concepts like reusable components, design systems, and layout structures. A self-starter mindset —proactive, autonomous, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment Professional-level English (spoken and written) Nice to have Background in B2B SaaS, internal tools or complex UI environments Experience building dashboards with tools like Tableau, Power BI or open-source frameworks (e.g., Metabase, Superset) Experience conducting discovery or user research to inform frontend design and interaction decisions.
