LI-Hybrid Job Description As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the discovery and build of a key new product. Working with an empowered cross-functional product team, your mission will be to: Discuss with business managers and executives to understand their problems. Meet with them to pitch your vision and discover the best product to build. Align with internal stakeholders to agree on the problems we want to solve, the target buyers and users. Come up with a proposal for a product to do so. Work with the product designer to ensure that the solutions are usable, and with the engineers to ensure they are feasible. Set the product strategy and roadmap that will generate the best value for our customers and build alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical services and Management. Be the subject matter specialist and evangelist for your product internally and externally. This means acquiring deep knowledge of the market, the users and customers, the data about how they engage with the product, the competition and the industry trends, and sharing this knowledge extensively. This role involves travels to meet prospects and customers. Qualifications Must-have: Outstanding communication: you will have to pitch ideas to executives. Master’s degree in computer science or business or equivalent. Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven. Experience as a product manager in a software company, ideally B2B, or as a consultant or business analyst for top consulting firms. Extremely passionate about solving challenging real-life problems. Proven ability to engage, communicate and present to various stakeholders such as engineers, designers, company leaders and customers in a constructive and collaborative relationship. Professional-level English, spoken and written. Nice to have: Experience with using or building products for executives. Strong analytical skills or experience in data analytics, data science or data modeling. Experience building AI-based products or knowledge in the AI domain. LI-Hybrid Job Description We are looking for an energized Sales Digital Adoption Manager to join our Global Sales Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be Responsible for the Digital Adoption of our Business Systems, will enhance Business effectiveness by aligning Operations, Processes, Systems and enablement strategies to support our “Go To Market” team (Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partner Management). You will play a key role in driving productivity while ensuring that our operations run efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the onboarding and ongoing training of new and existing team members to ensure quick ramp-up and continuous growth. Create and maintain enablement materials, including playbooks, presentations and knowledge bases. Develop, implement, and optimize Operations, Processes and Systems training. Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. Monitor and analyse Business operations data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the sales team and sales operations for future enhancements. Conduct regular needs assessments to understand the requirements of the teams and adapt training and resources accordingly. Collaborate with sales leadership to define processes and metrics that align with business goals. Manage the implementation and utilization of Business tools and technologies, ensuring adoption and effectiveness across the sales organization. Stay up to date with industry best practices and market trends to inform sales strategies. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization. Qualifications 5 + years of experience in Technology Adoption, Global sales operations, Global sales enablement, or a related field. Strong understanding of the Business processes and the challenges faced by Global “Go To Market” teams. Strong understanding of the sales process, sales methodologies, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and peripheral applications and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Project management certification (e.g., PMP or similar) is a plus. Experience in Saas industry a significant plus.
