Analyze existing ISMS activities, including security risk assessments, asset management, protection needs analyses, incident management, security audits, and more, and help integrate these into the ISMS solution. Engage in related areas such as IT risk management, data protection, business continuity, and enterprise risk management. Act as a project manager, blending expert consulting with the technical execution of ISMS projects while leading project teams. Gather client requirements, oversee implementation, and train key users. Collaborate with the product management team to ensure the ISMS solution remains up-to-date with your expertise. Providing architectural guidance and best practices for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud environments. Collaborating with stakeholders to assess requirements and translate them into architectural solutions. Leading discussions on DevOps transformation, cloud adoption, and automation strategies. Your profile: A Bachelor's or master-s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in solution architecture (in the areas of software, networks, and endpoints) and software development in large enterprises (preferably in a banking environment), particularly with in-depth knowledge of Docker and working with Windows and Linux, ideally with expertise in multiple stacks (Java, Python, Go, or Node.js) and CI/CD pipelines. Motivation and aspirations for continuous improvement of the development toolchain process, with a strong interest in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), DevOps, and everything related to GitLab. Technical expertise in Windows, WSL2, Linux, MacOS, and databases from an architect's perspective with developer experience and handling of restricted permissions; ideally, you have already worked with the DevContainer framework. Experience in implementing security, gathering requirements, creating specifications, and representing a product to technical stakeholders. Proficiency in German and English. Strong ability to guide teams in adopting DevOps and DevSecOps culture and methodologies.
