The opportunity As “R&D Electrical Engineer – Power Electronics”, you will join the Central Europe Technology Center for Transformers, an organization leading research and development activities on Traction Transformers (TT) and Next-Generation Transformers. Your role will focus on Power Electronics projects as Design control and simulation engineer. You will be part of a global R&D community including Technology Centers and Research Centers worldwide. How you’ll make an impact Control System Design: Design control algorithms and systems to manage and regulate the behavior of PE converter. This involves creating models that predict system behavior and developing control strategies to achieve desired performance Simulations: Use simulation tools to model and analyze the performance of PE systems Modeling: Develop averaged modeling of PE converter to understand and predict their behavior. Use small signal analysis and modeling PE technique System integration: Integrate PE systems with hardware and software platforms, ensuring seamless operation and communication between different components Validation and verification: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of PE systems to ensure they meet performance standards and safety requirements. This includes hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulations and real-time testing Optimization: Optimize control algorithms and system performance to improve efficiency, reliability, and robustness Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, such as mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to develop comprehensive solutions Your background PhD / MSc education in electrical engineering Good knowledge of general PE converter topologies (DC/DC, AC/DC , DC/AC), operation principles and electric design - Existing work experience in the field of MV converter testing Strong knowledge of grid connected converter topologies and control Advanced knowledge in electric circuit simulation tool (MATLAB Simulink, PLECS, LT spice), and in modeling simulation / automation (coding) languages (MATLAB, Python) PCB design knowledge (Altium, KiCad or similar) Ability to integrate control systems with hardware and software platforms

Tu discutes des exigences techniques du projet avec nos usines et tu t'assures qu'elles soient prises en compte dans l'offre technique Tu veilles au respect des politiques de l'entreprise en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement, tout en appliquant les exigences du groupe en matière de comportement éthique dans les activités quotidiennes Tu suis l'avancement du projet au moment de la livraison du produit Tu coordonnes les travaux d'installation et la mise en service sur place jusqu'à la remise de l’équipement au client Tu développes les mesures correctives nécessaires dans le cadre du projet et les mets en œuvre en collaboration avec les services techniques et commerciaux, et tu identifies d'autres potentiels de vente (ventes incitatives) Tu soutiens l'équipe de vente dans la négociation, la clarification et le commentaire des exigences et des questions techniques des clients Ton expérience et tes acquis Diplôme en électrotechnique ou équivalent Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la vente technique et de la gestion de projets Une solide expertise technique dans le domaine des transformateurs et des produits haute tension serait un atout Expérience en gestion de projet et fibre commerciale Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral pour une communication efficace avec nos usines internationales et les clients en Suisse romande, une bonne connaissance de l'allemand serait un atout Bonne connaissance des outils MS Office Nous avons éveillé ton intérêt ?
