This role will be within a Fixed-term contract and will report to the Head of Integration & Testing team, and will be primarily focused on developing test activities on Li-ion cells and modules and power electronics, to enable new energy storage system designs based on state-of-the-art technologies and materials. Responsibilities Test Operations: Operate, control, and monitor test benches for various applications. Execute test protocols both at the Sion facility and at supplier locations within Switzerland. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the design organisation operates in full compliance with EASA regulations, while leading the continuous improvement of design and certification processes. This is a key position with significant cross-functional influence across engineering, quality, safety, and regulatory affairs Ensure the DOA's continued adherence to EASA Part 21 Subpart J requirements Develop, maintain, and improve DOA procedures, manuals and related documentation Liaise directly with EASA and other regulatory authorities on audits, approvals, and design-related activities Participate and Lead internal and external audits, ensure timely resolution of findings, and implement corrective/preventative actions Support and guide engineering and certification teams in demonstrating compliance with applicable certification requirements (SC E-19/ CS-23/25) Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage and approve changes to engine, systems, and equipment design Lead or support major design projects, minor/major modifications, and repairs Ensure proper use of EASA Form 1, Form 18B, and other regulatory deliverables as part of the design output Provide training and awareness on DOA Procedures and regulatory updates and best practices across the organisation Your profile You have demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in highly fast changing environment.
