H55 is composed of highly experienced engineers, entrepreneurs and managers and is seeking like mind talented professionals who understand how to couple creativity and innovation with technical and business considerations The position will be based in the H55’s headquarters in Sion, Switzerland This role will report to the Head of Aircraft Integration & Testing, and is primarily focused on the development of defining test activities, and strategies, to enable successful product demonstration (V&V) of the (at different periods of time you can be working with different components of the system) Liaison with product and system development teams to capture test needs Definition of appropriate test set-ups to provide test data in support of prototype development, qualification, verification and demonstration of Safety of Flight Test The creation of documentation, including technical descriptions, test procedures and reports, as well as participating to test bench design Executing complex tests involving electrical, mechanical, software, control and instrumentation elements, while maintaining safety as a priority Coordination of test activities with both H55 in-house test teams and external suppliers Management of external suppliers Configuration management of test assets to ensure traceability of test activities Assist test and development teams with trouble-shooting, debugging and lessons learnt activities Track and log activities as required Provide timely formal and informal status as required by project management Your profile University degree (min. bachelor) in a relevant engineering discipline (System engineering, Aerospace engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems) Ideally you enjoy a role with a variety of aspects. At different times you may be involved in planning and coordinating, electrical/mechanical design, technical documentation, test bench assembly and commissioning or testing Ideally experience in Aerospace industry or other highly regulated domain (Automotive,..) Your Role As part of the production team, you will report initially to the Production manager. Main responsibilities: Assemble mechanical and electronic parts. Inspect and test manufactured products & incoming goods. Track manufacturing and inspection steps in the ERP. Work according to internal documentation. Maintain complete traceability in manufacturing. Report unexpected events & findings and promote safety of flight. Perform product Final Inspection. Comply with internal safety guidelines. Participate to the scale-up and growth of production activities (e.g. collaborative edition of Technical Instructions). Your Role As part of the Supply chain team, you will be supporting in incoming inspection and storing activities. You will report to the Supply Chain manager. Specifically, you will: prepare the shipping documents and manage Incoterms manage customs clearance processes, export control shipment follow up realize ERP bookings related to internal and external logistics perform stores related tasks, in particular feeding of the production line take care of product packaging. Your Profile 3+ year of experience in international logistics (customs, export control, multimodal shipments, dangerous goods) experience in aviation, watchmaking or precision mechanics experience within Supply chain processes; experience with dangerous goods is a plus capacity to perform technical and non-technical incoming inspections is a plus you are a pragmatic and hands-on team worker with a clear production and customer focus. an open-minded person with common sense, team working skills and a commitment to organizational efficiency; a recognized team player, capable of interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and skill sets; to be comfortable in dealing with colleagues and higher management; to have Intermediate level in English (written and oral), and French is a plus.
