H55 is composed of highly experienced engineers, entrepreneurs and managers and is seeking like mind talented professionals who understand how to couple creativity and innovation with technical and business considerations H55 are seeking an experienced and passionate Airworthiness Engineer to manage activities related to maintaining and developing our EASA Part 21 Subpart J Design Organisation Approval. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the design organisation operates in full compliance with EASA regulations, while leading the continuous improvement of design and certification processes. This is a key position with significant cross-functional influence across engineering, quality, safety, and regulatory affairs Ensure the DOA's continued adherence to EASA Part 21 Subpart J requirements Develop, maintain, and improve DOA procedures, manuals and related documentation Liaise directly with EASA and other regulatory authorities on audits, approvals, and design-related activities Participate and Lead internal and external audits, ensure timely resolution of findings, and implement corrective/preventative actions Support and guide engineering and certification teams in demonstrating compliance with applicable certification requirements (SC E-19/ CS-23/25) Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage and approve changes to engine, systems, and equipment design Lead or support major design projects, minor/major modifications, and repairs Ensure proper use of EASA Form 1, Form 18B, and other regulatory deliverables as part of the design output Provide training and awareness on DOA Procedures and regulatory updates and best practices across the organisation Your profile You have demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in highly fast changing environment.
