En tant qu'Opérateur en Production Ingrédients (h/f/d), vous intégrerez notre département de Production Ingrédients sur le site de Vernier. Vous serez en charge de faire fonctionner les installations de production, selon les modes opératoires d'ateliers, dans le respect des consignes et prescriptions, des délais et de la sécurité. Votre Principale mission : Exécuter de façon autonome les procédés de fabrication chimique en manipulant les installations et divers équipements (réacteurs, tanks, fours, colonnes de distillation) selon le mode opératoire, en observant les délais imposés et les standards de qualité ; Rédiger les PV (rapports d’activité) des réactions en cours ; Lire et comprendre les modes opératoires en respectant, pour chaque séquence, les quantités de matières/produits ; Effectuer les analyses de suivi des réactions et distillations en cours (prélèvements d’échantillons, interprétations et transmissions des résultats d’analyse) dans le respect du cahier des charges ; Identifier les écarts, les documenter et les retranscrire dans le PV ; Assurer la maintenance et les entretiens préventifs des équipements et des installations de production, identifier d’éventuels problèmes techniques, proposer et prendre des mesures correctives afin de les maintenir en fonction ; Veiller à maintenir la propreté et l’ordre au sein de l’atelier et sur le poste de travail ; Contribuer à l’effort d’amélioration continue ; Veiller à ce que l’exécution des tâches s’effectue dans le respect des règles édictées dans le cadre de la politique de l’entreprise en matière d’Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement. You will sit in the Global Sustainability Department of Givaudan under the guidance of the Global Environmental Sustainability Manager - Operations.
