Human by nature As a in our sitein , in collaboration with our Reliability Engineer within our Maintenance team, you will develop the preventive maintenance strategy and lead reliability projects to improve technical availability of our Compounding and Logistics installations Analyse interventions reports, technical downtime, occurrences, symptoms and causes, corrective and preventive costs on criticality A equipment in your area Propose proactive actions to improve maintainability, reliability and technical availability of the installations mentioned Lead critical spares analysis to improve Mean Time To Repair Lead the implementation of level 1 maintenance strategy (production operators), by developing standards operating procedures, check lists and control For these projects, you will use specific continuous improvement tools such as 5P, SMED, FMECA… You will work in collaboration with: Engineering & Maintenance teams (Reliability, Technicians, Planners, and Supervisors) External partners (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Master or Bachelor's degree student in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or relevant discipline (industrial) Understanding of mechanical, electricity, automation and industrial processes First knowledge of maintenance strategy First knowledge of continuous improvement preferred (lean management, 6-sigma) Collaborate with people from different backgrounds Fluent in French and basic level of English Sport and leisure clubs At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives., You work within an inspiring teamwork culture – where you can thrive, collaborate and learn from other talented and passionate people across disciplines, regions and divisions., Every essence of you enriches our world., Givaudan is committed to equal opportunities. It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, provide value and are experienced at promoting relationships Reporting to the Director of Env. & Analytical Labs, you will: Be an : you will analyze fragrance raw materials in the PSS Labs, focusing on raw materials of natural origin. Using your technical capabilities, you will conduct analyses of fragrance ingredients using established methodologies for the quantification of regulated substances and performing compositional analysis when needed, ensuring compliance and safety requirements for all raw materials Be an you will use your expertise in natural complex substances to enhance the testing capabilities of the PSS Labs to better understand ingredient characterization. You will contribute in adapting and developing new analytical methodologies and protocols to address our regulatory challenges and safety assessments You will with stakeholders, and you will be involved in projects to provide added-value for data integrity and the development of new naturals, through your testing expertise Your success profile includes: Technical degree or Bachelor or Master's Degree in scientific field – preferably in Analytical Chemistry, Phytochemistry, or related sciences Experience of 10 years in the analysis of natural complex substances, such as plant extracts or essential oils, in academic or industrial laboratories Proficient in the analysis of fragrance and cosmetic raw materials Experience with chromatographic techniques, such as GC-MS, LC-HRMS or GCxGC-MS Experience with sample preparation techniques dedicated plant extracts and natural substances analysis Experience in autonomously carrying out different operations and troubleshooting of instruments in the laboratory Experience in a GLP testing facility or equivalent in a quality assurance role would be appreciated Experience with analytical composition of vegetal, plant and natural substances concerning extraction processes Knowledge oh fragrance raw materials Analytical chemistry background in Liquid / Gas Chromatography and in Mass Spectrometry techniques Knowledge of Method Validation would be appreciated Good skills with Google applications and Excel Experience with SAP, LIMS and in chromatographic data software such as Masshunter, ChromaTOF, GC-Image, ChromSpace, TraceFinder, Compound Discoverer Good written and spoken English (minimum B1-B2) and French Very good organization and timeline management Healthcare support Paid Time Off and family leave Sport and leisure clubs Staff restaurant Are you interested in this exciting challenge? Human by nature. in our Planningdepartment in (Switzerland), you will build and maintain the scheduling plan for our Ingredient production lines while collaborating with the Production planners and the Production Manager/Shift leader Reporting to the , your main responsibilities will be the following: Establish and improve the scheduling plan by using a dedicated scheduling tool (Ortems) to deliver our ingredients on time Monitor and follow-up on the WIP (Work in progress) to provide priorities to Production Participate in Production unit's meetings and follow up on the decisions taken Guarantee the reliability of stocks and production schedule while proposing corrective actions to achieve operational goals Perform scheduling simulations to improve the production plan and anticipate production constraints. Initiate capacity analysis and take appropriate actions such as internal productions transfers Define the master production plan and provide support to simulate the mid/long-term production plan (APO) in collaboration with the Planning Team Leader Create, configure and maintain Master Data in SAP (new production recipe, launch of new references) Monitor and improve production parameters such as batch size, scheduling horizon, inventory level following our planning strategies Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
