This role involves working with several international colleagues. It also encompasses front and back-office treasury tasks and reporting, and as such, offers significant strategic exposure and career growth for the right candidate. The key responsibilities of the Senior Treasury Analyst are: Participate in the implementation of the global cash pool, eventually managing daily operations Act as a backup for the treasurers Support factoring operations and FX hedging for the entire Group, stepping in during absences or work overload Assist in project management, including TMS deployment tests, updates, and implementation of platforms Independently handle reporting including financial benefits analysis for subsidiaries and FX result analysis Consolidate cash forecasts, analyse and challenge subsidiary data, and conduct group-level reporting Requirements: Degree in Business Management (business school) or equivalent 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role Proficiency in financial decision-making basics (FX, risk aversion, rating, CAPM, liquidity) Advanced skills in FX exposure and hedging, with the ability to connect environmental context with technical knowledge Understanding of financial statements and general knowledge of banking regulations and practices Fluency in French and English, with strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation EMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
