Your role In this role you will report to the Head of Cloud Engineering Team of the area. You will be part of a team delivering cloud projects and defining the standards and best practices for all global projects on Public Clouds. You will assist complex technical migrations and help engineers follow your standards in all projects. You have expertise in cloud and on-prem infrastructures, automation, and architecture, enabling you to deliver smooth public cloud migration. You also know how to apply your expertise, and learn innovative technologies, to help customers meet their specific business needs and evolve existing environment to meet the client’s continuously changing requirements. In this team you will oversee: Analysis of current customer infrastructures. Architecture, design, and implementation of solutions for projects or evolutions. Migration of infrastructures to Cloud (from on-prem to Public or Private Cloud). Continuous improvement and technology watch. Automation and infra-as-code implementation. Define and continuously evolve the standards of Managed public cloud within ELCA. Audit and improve environments to follow new standards set by ELCA. Your expertise covers some or all of the following: Public Cloud: Azure, and optionally AWS, GCP and/or OCI. Container platforms: Docker, OpenShift, OKD or Kubernetes – operations and/or engineering. Windows and/or Unix/Linux operating system. Cloud networks (Good knowledge about Virtual networks, Firewall, VPN, Peering, ...). Databases (Azure DB as a Service, and/or AWS DB as a Service.) . Software Defined Infrastructure (Infrastructure As Code). Configuration and deployment management tools (Puppet, Ansible, Terraform). Continuous integration tools and processes (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, SonarQube, Gitlab CI/CD). Azure strong knowledge is mandatory, other cloud platform knowledge will be a bonus. For Lausanne and Geneva you have an excellent command of spoken and written French and English

In this dynamic role, you and your team will be responsible for various tasks, including engineering, implementation, maintenance, and support of new IT security solutions. You'll also focus on optimizing and managing the existing security infrastructure, particularly firewalls. Additionally, you'll lead the planning and execution of network and service expansions across various domains such as IP, MPLS, and switching backbone. Your profile You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship and/or studies in the field of computer science. You have several years of experience in a comparable environment (telecom or IT service provider) or in a larger IT department of a company. You have solid experience with security products preferable Fortinet You possess extensive experience with Cisco networking products. You have demonstrated your expertise with relevant certifications (CCNP / NSE4). You have already gained initial experience with AWS and Azure. You communicate in French and English, German is a plus. Your experience covers some or all of the following: Strong experience on Fortinet firewalls. Strong experience on Cisco networking products. Cumulus and Stormshield experience is a big plus . Experience in the cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) would be greatly appreciated. You have an excellent command of spoken and written French and English. German language skills are an advantage. This position will be located in Lausanne.

You are looking for someone with technical support skills, motivated to learn on a mixed environment (workstation and servers). The support team manages highly critical systems around the globe, more than 5’000 servers and containers. You will have the opportunity to work on various challenges covering a large technology spectrum (from OS layer, network, databases, applications, ...) on different on-premise and cloud platforms. Be the first entry of our support. Handle incidents according to their priority. Use monitoring tools to monitor the status of the infrastructure. Linux and Windows operating system. Networks (firewalling, routing, switching). Experience in the cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) would be greatly appreciated. You have an excellent command of spoken and written French and English. This position will be located in Lausanne (Pully) and will require to visit our customers onsite in Romandie.
