IT - ERP & Applications Genf Contracting Vollzeit ASAP - 30.06.2025 (option to extend) aeronautic, Application Management, Requirements Engineering, Testing Your tasks: You create and maintain the application documentation: requirements (System and Software level) and associated test cases You review and test against the Specification and establish test traceability You test the application including the creation of test plans and reports You analyze and describe issues/bugs in the issues Database JIRA You synchronize and update the Test Results Management tool You perform formal system tests (Site Acceptance Test and Factory Acceptance Test) You perform analysis of defects/incidents to find the root cause of problem You ensure 3rd level maintenance support in cooperation with the maintenance and engineering teams as well as with customers You may contribute to development activities Your profile: You have ideally 5 years of computing experience in the air traffic control domain or other areas with real-time and security requirements Professional experience in an agile or scaled agile environment is preferrable ED153/ED109 or ED12B/C standards are major advantages for this position Usage of tools like IBM Rational DOORS or Siemens Polarion is appreciated Test automation experience is a plus ATSEP certification is a plus You have a high analytical capacity, and you can understand the end user needs to transcript them into software requirements for the Development Team or into your test cases You are organized with an ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively You are rigorous, and you have a taste for challenge to work in a dynamic environment with a good team spirit Fluent written and spoken English is required, German or French is an asset

IT - Quality Management Genf Contracting Vollzeit ASAP - 30.06.2025 (option to extend) Quality, Testing, aeronautic, Software compliance our tasks: Maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27.001:2022 standards Support the implementation of the means of compliance to the current and future EASA regulatory standards applied in the Air Traffic Control industry Propose continuous improvement measures in order to increase efficiency Advocate a horizontal Safety culture among the team through an ongoing coaching, training and promotion of internal quality processes and safety culture Perform Quality Assurance to ensure that quality standards are achieved Realize Internal audit ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Your profile: Experience as an Engineer Expert in Integrated Management systems Experience in the Aerospace Industry and/or Air Traffic Control domain is mandatory Expert of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 and its interpretation in the context of a software development organisation Knowledge of EASA certification in Aerospace Industries Experience of software development processes in safety-critical environment Experience with standards such as ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, DO 254 are major advantages for this position You have a high analytical capacity and you are adaptable, autonomous, rigorous and service-oriented You have a high resistance to stress and you are flexible Practical experience of the implementation of Agile development methodologies Fluent written and spoken French and English is required
