IT - Software Engineering Genf Contracting Vollzeit asap. - 6-12 months Your Responsibilities: Create and maintain Software Requirements Specifications and test cases Review and validate software against requirements, ensuring full traceability Develop automated test scripts (C++, Python, Squish) Execute manual and automated tests, and report detailed results Document and track issues/bugs using JIRA Manage test results and support continuous integration activities Perform formal system tests (Factory Acceptance Tests) Analyse and document root causes of defects/incidents Contribute to software development activities when required Your Profile: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering within air traffic control , aviation , or other safety-critical environments Solid experience in requirements engineering and software testing Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Squish, Jenkins are strong assets) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate user needs into technical requirements and test cases Programming experience in C++ or Python Knowledge of industry standards such as ED153/ED109 or ED12B/C is a significant advantage Familiarity with tools like IBM Rational DOORS or Siemens Polarion is appreciated Highly organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented Fluent in English (both written and spoken); French or German is a plus
