From building trust and fostering business partnerships to ensuring the delivery of services during IT system disruptions, your leadership will be instrumental in driving our digital agenda forward. You will design products and services in accordance with user needs and ensure delivery via central Technology team. You will coordinate new product releases to ensure smooth transition and change management where necessary. You will organize and maintain a highly qualified and capable digital community of experts within Finance function (Key Users\Citizen Developers) in the areas of automation\reporting\support. You will report to Digital & Technology Platform Director. ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? You have University degree. You have minimum 2 years of experience in team leading positions or experience in managing cross-functional projects. You have knowledge and experience in SAP Hana – Finance modules. You have knowledge in the field of financial management and change management. You are up to date with new technologies and innovations. You have ability to foster effective collaboration with other departments and external stakeholders to deliver expected results. They ensure long term solution design stability, maintainability, compliance & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Collaborate with business, collect & analyze requirements. Turn them into functional/technical specification, including effort estimation. • Co-own the product lifecycle together with the product manager from an E2E perspective from conception to retirement (Business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery & maintenance) • Together with the product manager as well as the solution architect and other stakeholders collaborate cross-functionally and validate process compliance of new requirments, provide solutionning while targeting simplification and standartisation • Align solution UI/UX aspects with an expert/vendor, align UI/UX proposals with product owner Business stakeholders as well as Countries, plan A/B testing when appropriate • Support product manager in driving backlog prioritization and help sprint objective definition • Configure & customize in SAP Commerce Cloud in alignment with Developers • Document & ensure features/user stories are well documented and following SAFE AGILE principles & EA guidelines/ best practices • Drive sizing & ROM estimates with the CI/CD team to ensure accurate sprint planning (on-scope/on-time/on-budget) • Support pro-actively the product team to improve the state of the product based on new capabilities, innovations, usability & performance to ensure best-in-class product delivery. • Participate in complex (Cross-Stream, Cross Functional) discussions with stakeholders when determining the functional/technical requirements/capabilities needs to meet business goals. ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? • University Degree in a relevant area, preferably in computer science. • 3+ years of experience as SAP Commerce Cloud Consultant, performing configuration, testing and moving releases to production environment. • Strong FMCG industry-specific solutions knowledge in the Commercial area and proficiency in at least one of the sub-areas listed: B2B, B2B2C e-Commerce & marketplaces. • Any certification related to SAP Commerce Cloud or other e-Commerce solutions will be considered as an advantage. • Proven experience in managing a product backlog to capture business requirements, analyze, assess while providing functional/technical specifications including solution proposal. • Experience in working with a multi-disciplinary agile team to provide solution recommendations to business requests. • Ability to support complex projects related to consumer and/or customer facing Solutions. • Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scaled Agile and DevOps delivery models. • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. • Strong communication and influencing skills. • English proficiency ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM: We are a family of 33 thousand engaged people.
