YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES COVER THE FOLLOWING: We are seeking for marketing coordinator to join our Direct to Consumer (D2C) Offline team. The D2C offline is part of the D2C Activation department, along with the Retail team and the Digital team. In order to assist BAT’s D2C offline (promotional activities) Team on critical day-to-day business topics, we are looking for a highly motivated, strong team player who is willing to lead and implement marketing projects. Manage Promoters agencies as well as creative agencies Elaborate/optimize of incentive schemes to drive business delivery Contribute in the elaboration of trainings for hosts and hostesses Drive the development, implementation and follow-up of D2C activities Create reports based on performed activities Performance data analysis for business decision Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders Drive various strategic projects to bring “business opportunities to life” in order to positively influence BAT’s impact and visibility on the market ABOUT YOU: Bachelors or Master’s degree, preferably marketing, economics or natural sciences Fluent in English and German, French is a plus Drives and owns results, seeking challenges and looking for out of box solutions Commercial acumen – understand sales dynamics Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Analytical skills to forge actions based on available data Attention to details and great team player Excel and PowerPoint skills Can do attitude, open-minded, bold, resilient and very well organized Creativity, innovation, and initiative 2+ years working experience WE ARE BAT At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
